Dr.Lastra is always through, he listens to your concerns, and is very easy to talk to. I would recommend him to everyone, The best Dr. I have ever had , Kim his assistant is Great as well.

Very poor customer service I called from 11:00 AM to 11:45 on hold then i was disconnected and continue calling , them I call again and I went back to the loop for 12 more minutes and then , disconnect again and when I call back , they are closed for lunch. They continuously repeat to visit the website but is not helpful they don't have a form to sent messages and the schedule is not open for existing patients. I need refills for more than a month now and they do not answer to the pharmacy , and yes I check my insurance and is current . Nothing again the doctor , but they need to improve in customer service.
