To be honest I never actually got to see Dr Melichar. The rating I am giving is for the office personnel. I have found them to be very unhelpful and rude. I waited 3 months for an appointment only to be told two days before that I did not submit the paperwork needed even though I have been in and out of the hospital and simply forgot. There was no reminder sent. I will be finding a different doctor where the office staff are friendly and helpful.

I can't review the doctor as I never had a chance to meet her. I scheduled my appointment online at the website for the practice, and received numerous email and text confirmations. However, when I arrived I was told the scheduling system on their website doesn't work and I would have to make another appt. I understand if things don't work, but it's frustrating to waste my time off when they are aware of the issue but haven't removed the scheduling system from their website. I asked the office manager to call me to discuss and didn't even receive the courtesy of a phone call. If the office is run like that, I'm not interested in an appointment. Ironically, that same system emailed me an appointment follow-up asking me to leave this review.

I went and saw Dr. Melichar as my new PCP, she is phenomenal. Very personable and a great listener when it comes to expressing how I feel like my illness was effecting me. Very prompt and the office staff was very friendly and able to handle all my needs.

I have been a patient for about 2 yrs in tarpon springs and am very sad/upset that the dr is leaving to move to another practice. She is one of the kindest, most understanding doctors ive had the pleasure of knowing and she has lots of tricks that dont include dosing with medicines, which helped me immensley. She listens and treats you well.

Why can't you give zero stars on this!?!? Tried calling to make an appointment and their scheduler needs an attitude adjustment. Told me a week out for new patient to be seen isn't bad. I said it is when you think you have a sinus infection and for throat hurts. She then mumbled well we can't help you!
