Went to her because I was having extreme knee pain and was having trouble walking. She did and X-ray, said I had arthritis and to take ibuprofen and wear better shoes. Totally brushed me off. A couple days later my knee completely went out and I had to get a knee replacement. Bone on bone. She wouldn’t do an mri and barely spent minutes with me. Went to another surgeon and had great care.

Amazing doctor. She took the time to understand my issue and to explain what my options are. She did amazing for my surgery and even called to check in me the next day.

She treated my daughter following a car accident. She was attentive and very friendly. She explained everything in simple terms that everyone could understand. She spent time answering all of our questions. Overall, I would highly recommend her.

I was disgusted by the complete lack of care. She told me, "I don't have a magic wand." I had to go back to my regular doctor for aknee brace and had to go see a different doctor that put forth minimal effort.

If I'm in bad shape and you don't respect my privacy, you are told I'm happy u take my insurance and you "she should have told you she doesnt" her billing guys words, when I am finally considering replacement and I get a bill? Giamesu and not cool I nvr got billed before, point out in conversation "I'm happy you take my insurance" and have and then I have to worry about my privacy? I have a problem and have an issue with her and being polite about it is an issue for me personally,

Didnt mention she doesnt take my insurance til after injections and xrays offered no alternatives like insert in my shoe to not cont. To walk crooked, her billing guy "she should have informed you" and receptionist was too occupied with cookies bfore the holiday than doing her job and said "i told you" when it is clear on my billing information provided, THAT INSURANCE THEY DONT TAKE IS ON THE FORM, and I agree as in review on here "dr has no bedside manner" and does knee injection without xray and doesnt offer option like hip injection or shoe insert to no longer walk crooked, like pain dr and new nuromuscular specialists/internal medecine dr offered and teaches how to do knee injections and without xray or doing it on outside of knee means its 70% accurate and instead of 3 injections NO MENTION of a 4th of cortisone, which i a waste of dope and nvr imformed about. I refer her to nobody and not cool

Dr. Swaringer has been very attentive to my needs and concerns. She knows that I am looking forward to getting back to 100%, yet she cares about my overall health and wellness above my impatience. I would definitely recommend her and she is not like other doctors I've encountered in Worker's Compensation incidents. She is not just looking to put me back to work before she feels I'm ready. Although my boredom at home tells me I'm ready...lol.

I had the exceptional good fortune of becoming Dr. Jennifer Swaringen's patient at a despondent point in my painful life of the past 10 years. Having severe and chronic shoulder and neck pain, I needed relief now! I arrived at her office for my first appointment and immediately commenced with a series of at least 20 very specific xrays that accurately substantiated my problem, severe deterioration of my shoulder joints and osteoarthritis of my neck. Dr. Swaringen entered my exam room with a smile that would cure any ills one had. I immediately felt relief knowing the right person was going to help me. She listened attentively to my symptoms and history, explained my exays to me and then told me that surgery at this point was not the answer. This is exactly what I wanted to hear not looking forward to the post surgery recuperation. She recommended periodic steroid injections as needed and administered them immediately and my pain disappeared. Dr. Swaringen is a very educated, compassionate and empathic doctor. I have a forty year history with orthopaedic surgeons and she is by far the best yet! I had a late Friday afternoon appointment and she was extremely generous alloting all the time I needed to question her. I left her office happier and calmer than when I arrived. She is caring, kind and considerate of her patient's unique needs. Her staff's attitude is exceptional and very accomodating to any personal issues or handicaps one may have. Thank you Dr. Swaringen. I salute you and highly recommend you to patients who expect nothing but the best in their healthcare. Many of your patients have recommended you as a good doctor, but I am going one step furtrher to also recommend you as a great human being showing so much attention with compassion.
