Jenny Buck's Online Review Report Card

I am very thankful to Dr.Buck and her staff, for care I have received. I highly recommend her.

After my exam with Dr. Buck who was very pleasant, I was given my script for mammogram and told (by her personally) that "in this office, no news is good news, so if you don't hear back from us, everything is normal). Cut to THREE MONTHS late when I was contacted by Tower Radiology (then Radiology Associates) by mail asking why I had never followed up for additional testing due to abnormal mammogram findings!! To this day, over a year later, I have NEVER been contacted by ANYONE in this office to inform me of my abnormal result! I could NEVER in good conscience recommend this office despite liking Dr. Buck as with health issues, time can be very critical in medical intervention options! Any office should inform you of any and ALL test results irrespective of whether they are normal or not! Shame on this office and these irresponsible practices of letting people's health care fall through their very large cracks! Good on you Tower Radiology! Thank God someone was looking out for me. Since then my PCP has informed me that" you can go back to her if you want, but due to her irresponsible office practices, I will now be in control of all orders regarding future breast health"! Incidentally, I would NEVER return this practice!

Dr. Buck will be delivering my son this Wednesday, I have seen her once before and she was amazing. Very glad that she will be the one handling mybfirst labor.

Thank you Dr Buck I have never had such a good experience with any doctor previously, your kind professional and have a great sense of humor. I felt like I was talking to a friend , thank you for taking care of me I appreciate you.

Dr Buck is great but her office staff is awful. They don’t notify you of balances due until you are checking in for your appointment. I allegedly owed $193 I asked if I could pay $100 and then see what the insurance said they said that was fine. Imagine my surprise when the full $193 came out of my bank account. When I complained they said there wasn’t anything they could do as a refund would take weeks. They are very questionable in how they run the office. Watch out.

First time seeing a Gynecologist in 20 years. Dr. Buck is extremely attentive she listen to everything I had to say and was very kind and gently when examining me. I highly recommend R. Jenny Buck if you are looking for a Gynecologist.

I cant say enough wonderful things about Dr. Buck. She is so sweet and personable. She really takes her time to educate and put you at ease. I have never had a doctor like her. She is truly amazing.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Buck. She delivered my second child and I had the absolute best experience. I wish she had been my doctor with my first. I had a repeat c section and was so nervous and from the very beginning of my pregnancy, she made me feel so much better about everything. She truly is an amazing doctor and I would recommend her to all women! Also, the office staff was very friendly and the office is nice and clean. Again, she made sure I had the best experience for my pregnancy and delivery and I am very grateful!

I Love Dr Buck! Every single appointment no matter what the issue she has listened to my concerns and actually showed a general interest in whatever my needs were. She listens, She cares and she personalizes treatment that she thinks will work for YOU. Unlike other Drs I have seen they are set in their ways and you feel like they don't even care or really listen. Dr Buck makes me feel comfortable and like I can really trust her. She has a great personality also. I feel like I am just having a conversation with a friend when I talk to her which helps me relax and make me feel less stressed about what I am going through with my fertility issues. Thank you Dr Buck for being soooo amazing!
