My last visit Dr. Ibrahim saved my life ! He picked up on my kidneys shutting down ,not being able to get hold of me by phone ,he sent the fire dept and the police dept to get me to a hosipital before it was too late. He is a doctor who really cares about his patience and I will alway be indepted to him ,had he not ,I would have a 13 yr old crying at my grave site instead of laughting and playing with his friends. Most unprofessional staff I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life. You call multiple times- you either get voicemail or get put on hold for longer than an hour. Had lab work ordered and received a bill with a lab that was NOT ordered. Asked the doctor’s office to correct this lab order with Quest so I can pay the remaining balance of the bill- nope, for 6 months now working with absolute disrespect. Telling me different responses each time I call. I asked for my lab results to be explained to me so I can understand what is going on, no one apparently can call and give me my lab results. I have to go in in-person and be billed for lab results to be verbally explained to me, which is done over the phone by every other professional doctors offices. I requested to speak to Dr John Ibrahim that ordered my lab results, they said no he can’t talk. I requested his email- he doesn’t have a work email. I have to send the staff my email with my concerns or a message through the patient portal. Sent the message through the patient portal 2 weeks ago with no response and was informed the staff has access to his messages. Sent an email to a staff member and called to confirm if it was forwarded to the doctor, unsure if he receives any of my messages or requests. I requested for my labs to be uploaded to my patient portal for 6 months now- have nothing in my patient portal on what my lab results were. How does a patient not have access to their own lab results? How does a doctors office withhold a patients lab results and not even allow them to understand their own lab results? How does a doctor not call a patient about their lab results when apparently something is abnormal? This is FRAUD and ILLEGAL. All I’m trying to do is understand my labs and correct an incorrect lab order and bill, but unfortunately this is very complicated to the staff in this office. This should’ve been resolved by now and still an ongoing issue. Save yourself and go somewhere where you’re treated actual human being.

When my husband and I moved to port Richey from Tampa, our biggest concern was finding a good doctor. We are both in our late 60s with health issues . We were not happy with the first two doctors that we had appointments with so we kept looking and luckily found Dr. Ibrahim. From the very first appointment we were impressed by how thorough our exams were and how wonderful Dr. Ibrahim was to take the time to listen to us . He enters the exam room with a smile each visit. He is quick to respond to messages sent through the patient portal and it is easy to get an appointment. The wait time is not long at all and the office is clean and sanitized. Masks and and social distancing, and all precautions taken for the patient`s safety . I was shocked to read the bad reviews because that is not how Dr. Ibrahim is. If you are looking for excellent medical care and a compassionate doctor and a friendly helpful staff, look no further than Dr. Ibrahim. He takes wonderful care of his patients.

Great doctor and person and great staff. As a physician myself I enjoy being taken care of by someone who follows evidence based medicine and makes appropriate wellness recommendations.

The first time I called it went to voicemail.. When I did manage to get in contact I spoke to a member of their staff Kathleen. She down right didn't want me to schedule an appointment. I called and right away she seemed rude. After literally only asking IF I had insurance and not even my name, she put me on hold for 10-15 minutes. I called back and she hung up on me...

I would recommend against this doctor. This is absolutely not the doctor that will properly diagnose and treat illness because he does not listen to his patients! He is very condescending and unprofessional. I have never experienced such a hateful attitude and lack of helpful medical advice. Stay away!
