I had an amazing experience with Dr Chisholm and his office staff Jennifer and Stephan. From the moment i called to make my appointment to the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and helpful demeanor. This office is so personable it's just 3 people running it and they do such a fabulous job and are always professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. They were quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had and made sure that everything was taken care of in a timely manner. tan to assist truly made a difference in my experience. During the consultation, Dr. Chisholm took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions in a clear and understandable way. He explained the procedure thoroughly and made sure that I understood all of the risks and benefits. I felt confident and comfortable in his care. On the day of the surgery, Dr. Chisholm was calm and reassuring. He explained every step of the process and made sure that I was comfortable throughout. The surgery went smoothly, and I felt well taken care of in the recovery room. In the weeks following the surgery, Dr. Chisholm was available to answer any questions I had and to provide guidance on the healing process. His follow-up care was exceptional, and I felt like I was in good hands every step of the way. I am so thankful for Dr Chisholm, Jennifer and Stephan!

Avoid avoid avoid. Rude. A bully. I had immediate problems after discharge that had to be rectified by a second trip to the ER, a second assessment and more pain. AVOID this man, worst physician ever.

Great doctor that’s cares and listens to patients. A doctor I would truly want on my medical team.

I couldn’t get a better surgeon than Dr. Chisholm. He took care of me 3 years ago when my health was a mess, and so far thank God all is good. 120% recommend him

Dr. Keith Chisolm is an Excellent Surgeon and down to Earth kind of Doctor. He is Honest and cares for his Patients. His staff are very Attentive and Caring. They even called me to see how I was doing. Professional office and Efficient. Will travel 2 hours anytime to see this Surgeon!

Honestly not the type of person to leave a review but I feel so upset about the way I was Treated at this office and especially over the phone. It all started when I called to make my appointment for my gallbladder removal and I was given a referral to Dr. Chisholm from my GP. I called and was greeted by a very overwhelmed receptionist that clearly didn’t feel it was necessary to help me. She told me she didn’t have time to look up my insurance because she was busy and she would call me the next day. When my appointment finally rolls around I don’t actually get in till almost 2 hours after the appointment time. When he comes into the room he notices that I checked off Mrs. And that I am married and makes a comment about how young I am to be married (I’m 22), which the comment did make me very uncomfortable. Basically the whole appointment he was telling me he basically didn’t believe I needed gallbladder surgery saying I was too young , I never had a child, I never had been pregnant so he wanted ordered a HIDA scan. I go to the scan and at the end north bay tells me I need to call the office for an immediate read because my gallbladder never showed up (which I didn’t know at the time but thats really bad). The HIDA scan happened on 11/22 so I call the office immediately after I leave and tell the receptionist (same woman as before everything north bay told me) and she responds with “ so it is a holiday on Thursday so your not going to get the results till Monday at least have a nice day”. Needless to say I ended up in the ER by Thursday night with over 24 hours of reoccurring pain, a major obstruction in my gallbladder, and my gallbladder not even functioning. They called Dr. Chisholm to ask if he would preform the surgery and his reply was I’m out of town if she needs it actually taken out just get someone thats on call to do it”. Needless to say I am now a gallbladder short and very happy this man and his awful team weren’t the ones to do it.

I went to see Dr Chisholm in May for my mom’s consultation and was told he is going out of town and they would call me to schedule and appt. IT IS OCTOBER AND NOTHING. They don’t call to follow up either. From the very beginning we did not feel welcomed, very rude receptionist. I’ve seen other reviews on health grades about him and it’s happened to other people. Seems like if he doesn’t want to do a procedure he tells his staff he will be gone and not give a date to schedule treatment & the staff is in it as well. I’ve called multiple times to find out what’s going on and they don’t give me an answer they just say “he has not given me a date to schedule”. Very unprofessional and incompetent team. I would NOT recommend. You will be told the procedure can happen next week (which was what I was promised) and they will not follow up. At this point, I don’t trust his work or his team to perform surgery on my mom. If you don’t know how to perform the surgery that she needs just say that so we can move on to another surgeon. It’s been months and it’s not fair to us to keep waiting on this so called “doctor”.

Very rude staff and would not call me back to schedule my surgery. Lies that he is out of town. It’s been months! Don’t waste your time there.
