Tengo an mis hijos en esa clínica, los doctores excelentes. Son muy buenos doctores. Hace poco tuve que llevar a mi hijo a la clínica de la 54 y tuve una pésima experiencia. Me atendieron unas muchachas que se les ve desde lejos que son hispanas incluso la muchacha de cabello rubio dijo que habla español pero prefería no hablarlo. Nos atendió muy mal, me escuchó hablando español y se puso a burlarse con su compañera de cabello negro en inglés enfrente de nosotros. Me parece una falta de respeto y profesionalismo de su parte hacerle eso a los pacientes cuando se supone que ella está allí para brindar un servicio al cliente. Da vergüenza ver ese tipo de comportamientos más en un área de salud de niños. No me parece bien que tengas ese tipo de personas trabajando. Se ríen de las personas que hablan español cuando ellas misma son hispanas. Muy poco interés hacia los demás, Dan un muy pésimo servicio. No deberían tener ese tipo de personas trabajando en ese lugar. Veo que allí van muchas familias hispanas preocupadas con sus hijos y tienen necesidad de que sean atendidas bien

They were very helpful and nice

Dr Boles misdiagnosed my child that had a bone marrow transplant. He tested positive for cdiff through Quest . The office called me and told me he was negative for cdiff. I discontinued his antibiotics based on it being “negative “. When I checked the labs once available for me to view, it showed positive cdiff. Since October he’s been struggling with cdiff . Due to that misdiagnosis he still has Cdiff and it is January now. The interruption of the antibiotics has caused him to now be on a 3 month regimen.

The doctor is a special young man. He gave us a few referrals, medications, and is always very attentive to our little guy that deals with many complications.

Had our 1st apt there today. Very clean. Staff was very helpful and kind. The Dr. Was also very nice. Thorough. No complaints.

I just enrolled my son here and they told me they can't take him just because he's not fully vaccinated. That's the worst pediatrician experience I've ever had. Nobody can make you to do this if you don't want to. Plus the front desk receptionist very rude

Our son was experiencing a prolonged cough that seemed to get worse week after week when we decided to bring him to see Dr Awad for a second opinion. This was the best decision we made!! The office was so nice, clean and cozy. We were greeted with a smile, and a warm welcome by the staff. Then, it was time to see the doctor. I was nervous and concerned. Dr Awad patiently answered all our questions (we had so many of them!) and he never made us feel like we were taking too much of his time. His professionalism shined through, and we could see he was very knowledgeable about what he was talking about. He also was really good with our son when doing the exams – I felt so grateful. My instincts were right and did not take too long, after that visit and Dr Award’s care, for my son to get exponentially better. We already went back to a follow up and we felt the same way. We are extremely fortunate to have found Dr. Reda Awad and his wonderful team. I really wish we could give him and his team 10 stars - thank you so much!!!

Kidz care is amazing! They always take the best care of my kids. :) All the Drs and nurses we've met are very knowledgeable and really sweet. Our family appreciates, and thanks you all.

This office is simply amazing, your phone call gets answer right away and they see you child right away too! In and out fast and the office always smells clean!! The staff is super friendly and helpful
