My elderly father had an appointment at Dr Badillo’s office today for which he has to drive about 45 minutes. When he arrived the office was closed. NO ONE alerted my father beforehand of the office closure today. When I called the answering service, the woman that picked up was rude. She said it was impossible to alert every single patient of the office closure and to try calling the office next week to reschedule. So I guess to them it is alright to make sick people waste time driving to their appointment instead of calling them to cancel. This is uncaring, and unprofessional.

Dr. Badillo is a caring, thorough and proactive physician who has been treating me for 10+ years. She’s the best! Even though I moved, I still am a patient through telehealth. I trust her to monitor my kidney disease and keep me healthy.

Great doctor. Great personality. Very, very thorough on visits with review of blood work/urinalyses. No question is too big or too small. Dr. Badillo will answer immediately. I would strongly recommend Dr. Badillo to anyone needing a good nephrologist.

Dr. Badillo has been my husband's nephrologist for years. She and her staff always take time to listen. (Like I corrected the RMCBP Hospital Administrator--that's Spanish: pronounce the 2 _L_'s as if they are a _Y_. Say /bah Dee yo /) Dr. Badillo goes over every bit of your information since your last appointment with her AND ANY OTHER of your doctor's as it may pertain to her treatment for you. She takes the time to be sure you (and your partner or caregiver) understand your diagnosis, medications, and reason for follow-up labs and appointments. We have never had to waitvmore than 15 minutes, but usually go right in---sometimes ahead.

Excellent! My husband's blood tests from his routine check-ups were showing issues with his kidneys. Dr. Badillo was thorough, explained everything well and showed her expertise and care. We now know what is happening, that he is in stage 3B Kidney Disease and now working with Dr. Badillo, we have a path forward to keep this from getting worse and some improvement. I am so very glad we found her.
