List of Lisa Nyanda Manalo's Reviews
I visited Dr. Lisa Nyanda-Manalo in November 2023. The waiting room time was 70 minutes. The doctor’s total pop-in visit was under 2 minutes. My “full-body” cancer screening never happened even though I sat mostly naked in a paper gown. Dr. N-M came into the room, immediately circled two spots, and left while her assistant anesthetized the two small areas (chest, upper arm). Doc came back in, excised the tissue samples and left. Never checked my legs, back, stomach, arms. No explanation as to what she noticed about those two excised spots. (biopsy results: sunspots) This visit was a complete waste of my time, and I cannot recommend Dr. Lisa Nyanda- Manalo.
My recent, and first, appointment with Dr. Nyanda-Manalo was for a “full-body” cancer check. The waiting room time was 70 minutes, and the back room wait was another 10. My one-to-one contact with the assistant was longer than the doctor’s quick pop-in visits (wearing a face mask and thick purple gloves). Dr. N-M greeted me, without introducing herself, and immediately circled a spot near the collar bone and one near the shoulder. The assistant then prepped me for two biopsy skin samples. Dr. N-M left the room for a few minutes and returned to excise the circled skin. I wasn’t asked to remove my gown, stand up, turn around, extend legs, show stomach, thighs, arms, etc. So what was the purpose of sitting there in a paper gown and underpants? This was NOT a thorough cancer check, and I do not recommend Dr. Nyanda-Manalo.(The skin samples were sun spots.)
Plenty of information given by a thorough and caring staff.
She is easy to talk to and listens. She explains.
I came for a full body skin cancer check. Doctor biopsied two areas-having to wait 2 to 4 weeks for the results of the biopsy in my opinion is brutal and unacceptable.
The doctor and her assistant were amazingly kind, engaging, and professional. Total satisfaction. Looking forward to my next appointment
The care you receive is fine, but plan on sitting in their very small waiting room for a long time. On three occasions I waited over 45 minutes each time. Twice I've given my seat to elderly women, because there was standing room only. I actually waited in my car and asked the receptionist to call or text me when my appointment was ready. Also, don't expect a smile or compassionate response from the receptionist. It's hard to believe ADCS wants a personality like her to be the first person a patient sees.
Short wait time, very professional
Consult was strange she never came within 4’ of me. Set up appts, yes appts 4x’s all 4 cancelled! Next appt taken back seated waited 10 minutes or so when someone came back “no product”. Ok, things happen scheduled again. 3rd appt go to office “oh we tried reaching you “no product”. My fault do not answer to “unknown callers” added as contact . Re-scheduled AGAIN called office to confirm “oh it’s cancelled” comes back to phone she has “training”. This is so unacceptable!!!! I hold her responsible as she s the Dr. in that office! Needless to say I will never ever go to her or this office again. Now to get my $50 consult returned!
From the time we walked in, to the time we walked out we were treated very professionally. The doctor is very knowledgeable and gave us the tools that she thinks will help our special needs child. Kelly made us very comfortable and put our minds at ease from the start. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
