Love Dr. reddy she’s awesome but her staff needs to start answering the phone

I found the office staff to be very friendly and efficient. Also Dr Reddy is the very best. She always spends a lot of time with me and explains everything thoroughly. I highly recommend her.

I've been a patient of Dr Mahathi Reddy for many years. She and her staff are always cordial and professional. Dr Reddy has monitored my medical issue and has done a wonderful job of preventing progression. Thank you Dr Teddy and staff.

I love Dr Ready but office personel continue to not answer phone. I drive over everytime I needsomeone. am changing Dr because of poor office

Always friendly and professional! Office staff is wonderful and never seem to be upset EVER!! Dr.Reddy is sweet and friendly and treats you like a person rather than a patient she sees 3-4 times a year!!! Everything in their office is run like it’s supposed to be.

Office staff is horrible at this office. They are very rude and unprofessional. States I cannot make an appointment for a month out. Office claims my primary doctor office does not fax over information. I stated that I will get all information and bring it to the office. Office staff would not provide names and refused to schedule me an appointment for the end of July. Office staff does not care about patients. Would not recommend.

I’ve been a patient of Dr Reddy for several years.. in this time I’ve only seen her a handful of times between rescheduled on top of rescheduled appointments, and when I actually do get an appointment and see her I wasted the half hr drive and 10 min brief visit time as nothing has been done to address my chronic hypertension or other concerns .. to be fair I never had problems with the office staff or had the Dr be rude to me but that’s definitely not enough in her critical field of medicine.. I decided to seek help elsewhere

I had an upcoming appt but needed to change it. I called ... they hung up, not put on hold, just hung up. This happened 3 times. Finally they answered but immediately put me on hold ... for 16 minutes. I hung up because who knows how much longer I would have to wait. I tried calling again ... 2 times hung up. That's it, their staff is very unprofessional and need to be trained on how to work in a stressful, busy office, and if they can't, then move on. Some patients are sicker than others, and need the extra kindness and support but we all deserve respect either on the phone or in person. I tried to find an email for them as I would have rather this had been private, but couldn't find one, so I'll just put it out there.

Very kind, easy to talk to and Doctor of the Year at North Bay Hospital this year. She has been a wonderful doctor to deal with for the last several years.
