The office staff is knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. The billing lady is beyond helpful when trying to understand charges. De La Garza is the best doctor, as he genuinely has compassion and understands my level of discomfort and treating my condition. I highly recommend this facility when in need of a pain management doctor that will listen and understand your level of pain.

I have been a patient of Dr. DeLaGarza's since around 2009. I trust him with my life & would NEVER go to any other doctor. He is not just my doctor, he has become a part of the family. He is caring of your needs and his bedside manner is amazing! Dr. DeLaGarza is by far the best doctor I've ever had! Thank you Miguel,for all you've done and continue to do for me. I am so grateful for you!

Went to this doctor once and he suggested I go for MRI's. BCBS denied the MRI's because he didn't provide them with the necessary information. I called the office to ask why and was told they didn't know who I was (they still charged me for my office visit). Two weeks later I received a phone call from their office saying my MRI's were finally approved. Got a call from Excel Imaging saying they weren't approved and never have been. Most unprofessional doctors office I have ever been to and will pursue legal action against them for prolonging my pain,

I've been seeing Dr. De La Garza for 6 years and he does everything in his power to help eliminate the pain using different techniques, newest FDA approved medications, cremes, injections and procedures. He is top of the line and continuously educated in the latest medications, technology and procedures. He is professional, knowledgeable, and he sincerely cares about his patients. All the girls there are awesome. It's a busy office and they do their best!
