I have NOTHING good to say about this office . The staff is the most unprofessional front office staff i have ever had to deal with Sheila is the absolute worst. Dr Adkin is horrible , orders unnecessary test then tell you its nothing wrong. He act like a functioning acholic/addict himself . No wonder this office is closing down ,AS IT SHOUKD the entire office needs to be fired including the Dr. Consider the one star a NEGATIVE -1 star !!! STAY AWAY FROM DR ADKINS
Great doctor
The dr is amazing. The staff leaves a bad impression. They force patients to pay at minimum 25% of your bill every single visit. Well. Having multiple visits in one month they still force you to pay. I live in a fixed right budget ans don’t have money just laying around. I’ve never been so humiliated in front of several other people for this reason I will be finding a different dr. Money is what they care about
I've had several back operations and have been dealing with national pain management.they decided my appointment would be on a phone call for 9.30 am but they decided to call at 8.39 missed the call because I don't carry my cell phone 24/7.i waited until 11.am and called them and told them I noticed they called earlier then expected and I didn't have my phone on me.i was called a liar from the receptionist on the phone and was told I got called at 9.30 and told her I could show what time I got the call.was transferred to the doctor only to. Get voice mail never got a call back.long story short now I we'll be without pain meds for almost two weeks.i have been dealing with a back einjury
“BE READY FOR RUDENESS FROM DR ASSISTANTS” TODAY WAS OUR 3RD AND LAST VISIT TO THIS PLACE. ME AND MY 85 YEAR OLD FATHER WHO’S IN EXTREME PAIN EVEN AFTER THEY CHARGED HIS INSURANCE $2,100 FOR A SHOT THAT DID NOT HELP. WE WALKED OUT BECAUSE OF THE LADIES ARE EXTREMELY RUDE AND THEY EVEN GO AS FAR AS HANGING UP ON YOU CUT YOU OFF AND BE VERY CURT AND THAN THEY ALSO TELL YOU IN PERSON THAT YOU ARE THE ONE THATS RUDE WHEN YOU GET THERE. I HOPE THAT DR LUIZ DE SOUZA WHO IS VERY, VERY NICE ON THE PHONE AND IN PERSON, READS THIS AND MAKES AN ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT WITHIN HIS OFFICE.
Maya Benton is the only good and consistent thing about this place. When Teresa was the office manager everything was amazing! Now they are in a new location and a new staff. Let's just say the attitude there is unacceptable. I received 3 text messages and a voice mail cancelling an appointment. The next day they called and said I owed them $50 for missing my appointment. I explained that I had received cancellation notice and I was informed that was a mistake and I would have to pay for not coming in. When money becomes more important than reputation it's time to recheck your priorities
Dr Chaundry’s compassion for those of us living with pain in our daily lives has been a breath of fresh air to a long term patient of pain management like myself. I moved to FL and feel fortunate to have found both he and his staff. The gals that run that office are professionals that always speak from a place of compassion, doing what they can to help with the real life situations that happen to their patients. As a new patient a year ago, I can stand behind a great review for Dr. Chaundy and the entire office, they deserve every word.
I should of realized it was a bad sign when the lady ahead of me was complaining of her 3rd copay in one month for trivialities. Billed my insurance company twice in one week, once for a "telephone appointment" that comprised of him telling me he couldn't do anything till he got my records. Fair enough but does that information require a charge, here absolutely. BAsically did absolutely nothing to help my situation but aggravate me by telling me they would do something, not doing it, after being reminded they apologized said they would fix and if not call, which of course they did neither. When I called back in they said none of it had ever happened. I don't need the aggravation. Its ridiculous here.
Love Maya Benton
This is place was great 3 years ago I was receiving great care with no feeling of being looked down at like I am a drug seeker... I'm sorry but these doctors need to start standing up for them self's and stop letting the government dictate the treatment of there patience....!!! I'm 34 years old and I can't hardly do anything... My back is beyond messed up, I wake up in PAIN EVERY MORNING MY ARM IS NUMB AND ON FIRE... I can't even make love to my Mrs and I get told that a National Pain Institute of excellence.. but they don't give pain meds to help with the pain so we can go do what needs to be done... I've had MRI, C-scan, mussle testing, radio frequency to burn all the pain nerves in my lower back... Plus what every hoops I've been made to jump threw.. I'm sorry but this place is absolutely ridiculous and arbitrary..... I won't be going back... all I can keep thinking about is seeing that veteran in the waiting room with 9 stacks of folders around him and it look like he was in such pain and at about broke my heart I do sincerely hope they had a better outcome than what I did at this place.... I don't know what happened to this clinic but the old doctor that was there was a very caring person and he was also an extremely understanding person he didn't make you feel like you're a nuisance that's just they're trying to look for some type of high or something I drove an hour away to go see this man just to get a prescription 4 carpal tunnel syndrome... really??

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
