I love this doctor . I was so upset I had to change . Sometimes things fall apart , to come together . Get past the phone call , worth it !

Dr. Gorman is a great doctor, listens to what medical problems you have, he takes his time doesn't hurry with you. The staff is very good, polite & kind. I would highly recommend Dr Gorman.

The entire staff performs to the highest of standards. A very well put together team that cares about and pursues improving your ability to manage your pain. Highly recommended.

Doctor is working on getting my pain under control. I'm excited to see how the procedure goes as I had them done before but the pain came Back. I like the office thus far

Went there a year ago. Nothing but attitude with one of the girls in the front office. She’s just very rude. They said they took my insurance so I got a cortisone injection under sedation. Then sent me a bill for over $1k. I called on it and the office staff said we take your insurance but we don’t accept it. So well see I’ll see you as a patient but it’s out of pocketYOU SHOULDVE SAID THAT WHEN I ASKED UPON REGISTERING!!!!I called to talk to the billing staff and left 3 messages. Even poke to someone who made me leave a message with her. NO ONE CALLED BACK!!!! It’s been 2 months. I’m in no rush as i don’t feel this is fair and won’t be paying that amount

Had initial appointment with Dr. Gorman 3 weeks ago. He recommended an injection into my sacroiliac joint. Since then...no pain when walking..no pain at all...and this after 16 hours of spinal surgery in the past year. I would highly recommend Dr. Gorman to anyone experiencing back and or spinal pain. Also the nurses were very knowledgeable and friendly. Overall a great place !!

The doctors and staff are compassionate, understanding and listen to you. I have had only positive interactions with the staff, and feeI they do everything they can to help their patients without judgment. I have had procedures done here and am happy with the results, and would refer friends and family here.I had another visit today and continue to feel like they continue to manage my pain, listen to me and work on a treatment plan to better manage my pain. I called my old employers number Interventional Pain Physicians and got this place. They had taken over his family business when he died. I didn't know his wife wasn't even there. I needed to verify my employment for some paperwork for my lawyer and they gave me a number to call. I did it was billing and their business partner and they told me I need HR. I called back and spoke to Krystal or Crystal. She was no very polite. She told me there was no HR number and they do not have the records and she doesn't know what I should do. I told her I know this is weird and I'm sorry I just need the correct dates. She said she could leave a message with her manager and see but quote"I NEVER CALL MY OLD JOBS FOR ANYTHING" giggle (and this call can be pulled according to the recording on beginning of all calls) I told her thanks for that and hung up.Her whole attitude and way she talked was disrespectful and not customer service friendly. I actually have a disability and it messes with my ability to remember things which is why I need the correct information. This was one of my very first jobs so it has been awhile, I have end year but not beginning. She did not have to be rude or condescending. She also definitely didn't need to judge me for something she knows nothing about.

Dr. Gorman is very friendly and very easy to talk to. He doesn’t rush you out of his office and during procedures let’s you know everything he is going to do before he does it.

I got there 15 min early and the lady at the desk asked me to sign in. After I did she asked for my copay . She was very sweet and poIite . I was taken back to the exam room exactly when my appointment was. The nurse took my information asked my for my pain level and took my blood pressure. She talked like she actually cared about me. Next doctor Gorman came in with a war eagle greeting which made me feel good. We talked about my health , my mom and College football. All of which are important to me. We talked about my pump level and how much we should turn it up. Then dr Gorman asked me when I wanted to see. Him again , he suggested two weeks which I agreed to. At check out the girl asked me when I wanted to come back with a suggestion .All the time I was there I felt like I was in control of my own destiny which make me feel great.I Would definitely recommend this doctors office to anyone who is in pain and needs help. And I have!!!
