would hate to see what this office isn't capable of doing when there to incompetent to even make sure the address and phone numbers listed on some insurance sites are correct or up to date even called the number for the location listed for the icot center location and must have patched me through to this location were they didn't bother to tell me it was now a Newport Richey location and talked to them about new patients now I just waisted my time and gas driving all the way to that location to find out it's no longer there would hate to see how they kept up with my medical records o well lot of other bad reviews about this doctor on line I guess I'll just find another one thanks for wasting my time update I dont think adventhealth is a very good company received the reply on July 24 from them on my inbox about my review and responded and even left messages at there pinellas park office the next day saying I needed to find a new doctor and was told someone would contact me in the next day or two weeks later still haven't been contacted I guess they don't want to follow up or make things better like they said when they responded to the original review I guess the company is no better than the doctor's they employee update waited several weeks then finally got a call saying this doctor is no longer with adventhealth why would they responded to the reviews then stating to contact them with your problems? sounds kind of strange

Cannot speak to a person by calling, email isn’t much better. I am extremely disappointed with this practice after my recent experiences.

NEVER ANSWER AND MOVE BUSINESS WITHOUT SAYING ANYTHING

Asked direct questions and was caring and compassionate to get to the root of my problem. Competently made basic observations and acknowledgment of ongoing problems. Moved quickly to take care of in a most timely manner!

The office staff was very polite, the office itself was very clean and welcoming, and had plenty of parking. Dr. Shah took the time to listen to me, address my concerns and speak with me, not at me. It was very refreshing to have a doctor interested in figuring out what's actually going on instead of throwing medications out to mask the issues. I highly recommend Dr. Shah and I'm truly grateful I was able to see him.

Love, love, love this place. Well, at least I feel that way about the staff and Dr Shah...I don't really have any emotional attachment to the place, per se. 😉

Just a huge waste of time. The only thing Rakesh shah is good at is at sending you to do a million tests without any input from his side. Avoid.

1. Can't reach the office 2. Dr. didn't know about dosage that there are for the meds he has me on, and he literally looked up the information online right in front of me - wow?! 3. This office wrote the wrong medication in a script for me - luckily I AM competent enough to have caught it since I knew the generic and name brand of the one I am on - horrifying to think of what could have happened if I wouldn't have caught it! It is seizure meds! The pharmacy would have filled it since the script was from a doctor, even though it was a different dosage and medication! 4. This wasn't the first incident of incorrect script from this office - they also, a few months ago wrote the wrong dosage & I luckily caught that one too! 5. Staff is incompetent, to say the least 6. ...I could go on and on telling of numerous frustration, irritations, and unprofessional incidences, ..., but bottom line, DON'T GO HERE!

Office operations and management is horrible! They have even written me 2 incorrect prescriptions--wrong meds and dosages! Staff (other than their new receptionist) are inept to say the least! Doctor unfamiliar with my situation each visit as if I were a new patient. Felt uncomfortable with his lack explanations. Dr. appeared not to be knowledgeable about the various dosages of the medication I am on--that his office put me on! He actually looked up on his phone in front of me what dosages there are for this particular medication I was given from his office, and the medication is a common seizer med!

I was very upset with this doctor I went to my appointment and ask the ladies at the front desk to help me fill out the initial paperwork because I cannot see well they refused to see me they refuse to help me fill out the paperwork they really treated me bad I'm sorry I don't recommend this doctor to anyone
