Dr. Rudy is one of the few Dr.s who care what is happening with a pt. health and personal life, and takes an interest in all aspects of their lives. He incorporates all of this into his approach to help them heal or maintain their quality of life to the best of his ability in life. Thank you for your sincere concern for all of us.

Truly one of the most dynamic, charismatic, concerned and helpful Docs I have ever known and worked with. I have been a patient of “Dr. Rudy’s” in Pain Management FOR ALMOST 22 YEARS after having 12 back fusions, both hips replaced and my left knee ACL reconstructed. I TRUST HIM, and am GRATEFUL for the way he educates me on my changing conditions, how he incorporates many modalities of treatment when I see him every 8 weeks, and how he’s forever my #1 Cheerleader! Been seeing Dr. Panganiban since 2005 & all I really have to say is HE is still a wonderful physician WHEN you can get into see him. Over the last year I have been told on numerous occasions that "your next appointment MUST be with Dr. Rudy". So I made my appointment & when I come in his PA walks in. The problem with this is all he can do is refill prescription. He can't change & I REALLY need to have a conversation with the MD about the meds I'm taking. Only other complaint is his staff. You tell them at each visit where to send refills & I would say every 1 out of 3 visits they get it right- then the arguing ensues. UGHHH!

At 63 years of age I have seen a few doctors in my life time. Dr, Rudy and his staff is without doubt one of the best I have had the pleasure of coming across.

Wonderful doctor!!! I haven't seen him in over 20+ years and he remembered me, my parents names, and that I had been decorating my 1st apartment (I was considering putting up Teddy bears or tulip edging wall paper up. I decided on roses... 😍☺️🤗😊😋😉❤❤❤❤😍😍).... How many doctors do you know that care like that??? Dr. Rudy is the very best pain management doctor around... I have been in need of pain relief for over 24 years, and I have been seeing Dr. Rudy for many of those years off and on again, depending upon where I'm living. He's kind, compassionate, caring, empathetic, and highly intelligent. He has an idetic memory (meaning that he will ALWAYS remember what you said to him and what notes from procedures etc, FOREVER!!!!) If you're looking for a kind intelligent doctor who will take care of you to the best of his abilities, then this is the doctor for you!!!
