Took my husband to Trinity Medical Center through the ER on 9/21/21. My husband was experiencing shortness of breath and chest pain. Dr Kenney was beyond rude, and told me this facility was NOT for healthcare management, and it was only for true emergencies, and instructed that I should have called my doctors office after hours for instruction. I was furious. My husband was admitted, had fluid on his lungs that was drained (1.2 liters), a mass in his chest that was discovered, and he had also had a stroke. How dare this doctor shame me for bringing my husband in. We stayed at the hospital for 4 days. Absolutely disgusted with the lack of bedside manners this physician had. He has no business treating patients with these symptoms like that, or any symptoms for that matter. I will never return to that hospital again.
A horrible experience with this ER doctor. He shamed my mom for bringing my 80 year old dad in, with symptoms of shortness of breath and chest pain. Dr. Kenney told my mother that this was a place for life or death situations, and malt healthcare management. My dad had a stroke, as well as fluid on his lungs, and chest mass was discovered, and ended up being admitted for 4 days. This doctor was rude, and condescending and has no business working with the public. He’s a doctor, NOT God, how dare you tell someone that shortness of breath and chest pain wasn’t a good enough reason to,show,up at the ER. Will never return to this hospital while he is the ER physician, never!
Demeaning to patients, not just one patient either.
AN EXCELLENT, EFFICENT,COMPASSIONATE AND INTELLEGENT PRACTITIONER WHO I RECOMMEND WITHOUT RESERVATION.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
