This entire doctors office is horrible. The front desk staff is rude and impatient and the nurses are completely unknowledgeable. Dr. Pettina prescribed me the WRONG medication. It threw my entire system off. When I called the office, the front desk staff cut me off and transferred me to a voicemail. I finally got through. When I explained this to the nurse she had absolutely no answers or help for me. She suggested GOOGLE!! She said she will call me the next day and NEVER did. Absolutely horrid

when you make your appointment with Dr. Pettina you end up being seen by a nurse, that her qualifications are greatly questionable. He does not want to spend much time with you and gets annoyed if you ask questions. Front desk is very disorganized and not to friendly.

Dr. Samuel Pettina, in the past 20+ years of visits, has uncovered a few valid detrimental problems, which he skillfully corrected . He is a life saver in more ways than one. A great doctor and a caring human being.
