It's been months since my appointment and i still have not gotten over the discrimination this horrible Dr showed me. I was sick and looking for help and i was fat shamed when I'm not even that heavy! I was told to stop eating so much and my problems would go away. Shame on you Dr. I feel bad for anyone who sees him. A disgusting way to treat people inhuman.

Terrible. Dr. had to remove a PEG tube(abdominal feeding tube), he just grabbed hold of the tube and ripped it out. Would not prescribe pain meds. Did not explain the aftermath. Hole where tube was has been draining for three days now, pouring stomach acid and blood onto my skin which is cherry red and burnt. He could not get out of the exam room fast enough. I am currently in extreme pain and in the e.r. at Morton Plant North Bay for evaluation and hopefully a solution to my problem.

Was not able to see Doctor due to incompetent office manager. She was rude and does not know what she is doing. I feel sorry for Doctor. Her name should be Karen.

If I could give 0 stars I would but I have to give something. I have been on hold with the answering service for about 20 min!! They say their office opens at 9. I called at 9:05. We requested records be faxed on the 20th and the doctor they were supposed to go to still has not received them. This is unacceptable not to mention unprofessional. Stay clear!!

Dr Patel is very knowledgeable and caring person. Was very thorough and honest with all my dealings with him. Will tell you what you need to know, explain and speak to options available.Keep up the good work, Dr. Patel and crew!

I have had Dr Patel since 2017 when diagnosed with Cancer . He and his staff have been Nothing But Professional and Empathetic. He however pulls no punches with you and is Very Honest. I Never have any problems getting an appt and never have been Disrespected or Ever Felt inhuman in any mannerMaureen E Spada
