Front desk person made a medical examination and refused to let me speak with a doctor. I asked if she had a medical background and she said she only worked the front desk. Also when I asked to see a doctor to understand why I’m being sent away she said I suggest you get a ct. without any medical certification your going to suggest a ct? The ladies name was Danielle.

First off front dest desk is rude as hell!!! Real ignorant! Had to ask if she was ok..how she came at me.beat me mad cause she had to work today!! Anyway...this is the rudest, slowest and most unprofessional urgent care I ever been too. Had called and told someone to schedule their drug screen some where else. These people will make you catch a charge! Dude xray tech was cooler than fan tho who took me bck fofdrug screening

They turned my 2 year old son away. They say they close at 9 pm , at 8 pm my son started screaming in pain grabbing his ear, I was there at 810 and the doctor refused to see him and said he was done for the day. I had to take my son to the ER where his ear drum then ruptured due to an infection.

Went in with a bite on my hand which had turned colors and bubbled up ... The doctor said it was cellulitis poorly cared for! Bullpucky! I told them what happened, I was outside came back in and my hand started itching, next thing I know it's ugly, I hate hospitals so I came here. Was put on antibiotic and sent home. Went back next day cause I was scared, they did a culture and put me on a second antibiotic said I would hear from someone in 2 days, nothing... I started calling every day and got excuses, oh the lab picked it up but didn't receive it till days later... again bullpucky! Then I finally get my report a week later and it's been coded wrong! Talk about neglect and malpractice! Your supposed to follow up on this kind of thing, and I'm not stupid, I've worked in the medical field before! This is outrageous.

Arrived 8:15pm Saturday 6/17. Afraid I may be developing a blood clot in my leg. They told me “oh no, we don’t see people for that”. I said “you won’t even take a look at me?”, she just shook her head. Maybe I arrived too late and they wanted to go home. Very disappointing because I drove a bit to get there since nothing else was open past 8pm. I am new to the area and I don’t have a doctor or know the hospitals. I was hoping just to get advice if they thought I should go to the ER or if it was something else. If I could rate it less then 1 star I would have.

Man I hate to review this place so bad because the physicians have always been so smart unfortunately you cannot say the same for the staff answering the phones. For a simple very well explained sports injury (even after a simple google mind you required a physicians examination) the woman first told me to go to the emergency room for a possible sprain or rib fracture from a sport where again everything was described. When I pressed her to please double check that because the ER is not used for this type of stuff she got huffy and snippy… and hesitant! She is gone for a bit comes back and says the same for severe injuries which is was never described as not once did I say that. Now she gets mad another time because she swears I said that, severe was never used lol, she puts me on hold again this time for longer and comes back claiming now an ultrasound is being told to her by a tech so basically she never could be bothered to get a physician to advise on if I should take my kid in or just take her to primary. Urgent care should more than be able to handle sport strains of what I described and be able to send for additional testing should it be needed upon examination… THE WAY THEYVE DONE THIS SO MANY TIMES! I’ve taken my daughter here before by the way for sprains and I never had this run around from the front desk (daughter had severes disease from again a sport which was taken care of from this same exact urgent care an overuse sprain injury!) unfortunately like so many places lately we have phenomenal doctors but very ignorant and poorly trained/lazy/rude staff. Yes I did encourage her to get another job because if you don’t care when people are hurt/injured or sick this should never be where you work. Try a tire kingdom or anywhere that doesn’t involve healthcare.

Honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had at urgent care. Excellent professional care. Very caring and compassionate staff. Beautiful and clean facility with no wait. Highly recommend. Thank you to the entire staff for taking such good care of me yesterday. I definitely will be back again to this location.

A few months ago, I had a TERRIBLE Experience with the front staff. The only reason why I went back is because the doctor and the nurses are good. Now let me tell you, the young lady at the reception desk with dark hair, was very sweet and helpful, she spoke to me like I was a human being and not some kind of piece of trash. She was very respectful. Although she told me her name, sometimes I forget things so I do apologize for not remembering it. Her caring attitude & disposition is what made me rethink my review. I will definitely continue to come here if I need help.
