I have been to other Dermatologists and would use no one else. Very easy going, professional, explains the procedures well and I trust him. Great office staff.

Dr. Fotopoulos and his incredible staff have taken care of myself, my husband and my daughter for years. There is no one else I would see. His bedside manner is incredible and the front desk staff is so warm and welcoming it eases any anxieties about going to the doctor. My daughter loves nurse Teresa the most. I recently had the dr.remove the cancer from my face he did a excellent job it looks so good thank u dr.

Dr. Fotopoulous & staff explained every thing they were going to do before doing it and made sure I was comfortable. He even educated me on different things to look for. I had full body scan as I requested & biopsy (I was concerned of an area), taken without discomfort. When I called for results at the date they told me, it was in. Happy all is well. I will continue to go to him based on on my visit.

I can not say enough about Erica’s total focus on trying to help me, My first experience with her on trying to get an appointment far exceeded my expectations she was understanding and accommodating. Erica’s friendly personality shines through she is an asset to New Image Dermatology I can only hope she is a valued staff member and is well appreciated. I have never been treated with such kindness from a doctors office! Everyone was so helpful the doctor listened and answered all of my questions… (I had a list). I left with no more worry and true peace of mind. Myself and my entire family will go here for all our Dermatology needs! Thank you Dr and thank you front desk staff! Just incredible experience!!

i was there about 6-8 months ago and he is one cold fish. I found him arrogant and i didnt like him one bit.

This was without a doubt the worst experience I have had ever had with a doctor! I never complain! However, this visit warrants a warning to future older patients! Ryan, the PA, spent less than 15 minutes with me! No body scan! He looked at my arms and legs and chest! He informed me it was precancerous and prescribed a chemo cream which he said was painful! He failed to explain the specific stage or the stages of cancer! When I asked if he would see me during this treatment, his statement was, “I’ll see you in 6 months!” I have never felt this dismissed as a person and as a patient!

Wow. sounds like sour grapes seeing all of the "1"s here, but my experience with Dr. Fotopoulos was incredibly terrible. He was dismissive and condescending. I don't have a standard, "textbook" condition so he had no answers for me.

Originally went there about 8 months ago saw Ryan had a bunch of RED WELTS on my stomach ..they diagnosed it as INTERTRIGO spent over 2 months bathing and administry creams and special bath products to no avail...Then I saw THE HEAD GUY he took scrapings from the few marks on my arm and sent them to be biopsied it took over two weeks to come back and was told it was psoriasis,,but by that time my arm was covered in plaque and tiny red marks...He told me to put some creams on,but after a week I could see that they were not helping called the office they gave me an appointment right away and changed to a different cream...and come back in 3 weeks ...after a week I NOTICED tiny red marks on my legs and chest and pleaded to come in but would not give me an appointment till my appointment day...which was 15 days..AT MY APPOINTMENT he took a cursory look at me and could see my posoriasis was spreading like WILD FIRE but insisted I come back in another 3 weeks..STATED certain protocalls must be followed because of insurance reasons..I WENT TO ANOTHER DERMOTOLOGIST and he insisted that nothing would help me nut a biological...And insisted that the cream I had been given was the mildest of all creams ..NOW 6 moths have passed from my first visit...needless to say I have not one but three kinds of psoriasis on me..WHEN MY LUNG DOCTOR SAW ME HE WAS AGHAST at my condition and wrote a letter to FOTOPOULUS but he still did nothing....I went to ADVANCED DERMOTOLOGY IN PALM HARBOR AND WITHIN THREE WEEKS THEY HAD gotten the authorization for a biological...I am in terrible shape over 70 percent of my body is covered.thanks to a DOCTOR WHO FOLLOWS PROTOCALL and has not the least interest in his patient.....YOUR CALL
