Hearing aid is working fine. Initially, my daughters ears hurt which could been the noise at the dance she was attending. She was fitted for an earring aid, we checked about quality and asked to change to more popular but also considered more efficient. The company gladly changed it out, did not increase price. Also, The Doctor lowered the volume so that she was more tolerable of loud sounds & changed the tip to a thinner one. She has worn it and there are not any complaints. Good job!

Everyone at Trinity Hearing and Balance was very professional. I met with Dr. Kayla Dub, and she was very easy to work with, very encouraging through all the testing of my hearing and balance. The hearing tests were especially thorough, much more so than I had with an ENT. I highly recommend Trinity.
