I run a company that does in home care for the elderly. We have worked side by side with VNA. I can't remember ever having a negative experience with any of the nurses or VNA staff. They are a great organization in my opinion.

Private duty These people here are a joke.They will hire you but if you don't kiss their asses they don't give you a shift.They claim they don't have shifts but keep hiring every week. They only give 2 hour shifts who can live off that. They front office crew they give shifts to their friends and give the left overs to the wolves.They need to fire them all and get better people to treat their employees like we are human.Even the clients talk about how they run this business they wanna go else where. I don't blame them.
