List of Jodi Wilder's Reviews
I have seen Dr. Wilder for several years without issue. Her bedside manner and ability to listen completely to your complaint is rarely seen these days. Dr. Wilder takes the time to explain her findings and any options she wishes to explore. Thank you Team Wilder and Advent!
A good doctor who cares- I am fairly new to Dr. Wilder who has seen me about three times in the last year. Each time I have an office visit I am impressed by her kind attentiveness and professionalism. She listens to my concerns and addresses them appropriately. If I have issues in between appointments and am easily able to get them addressed by her either over the phone via her staff or through the patient portal. I appreciate having Dr. Wilder as my doctor who genuinely cares about me, and most importantly I have full confidence with her as my primary care physician

Absolutely horrible, I need to get blood work done. I was told by Dr. Wilder to call my insurance to make sure the blood tests she requested were covered (the last blood test she requested was not covered). I called my insurance and spent over 45 minutes getting the correct codes so that way the blood test would be covered through my insurance. I call back the doctors office, which isn’t an easy task because no one ever answers. I get ahold of Abbey and was told there isn’t anything she can do with the codes and asked if they were the correct tests that the doctor requested…This is the Doctors office job. I’ve never had to call my insurance and verify the correct coding, which the insurance company confirmed it is fact not my job. I call in several days later, because I was supposed to receive a call back about an updated test that my insurance would cover, I never did. This Doctors office is unprofessional and a joke if you actually need anything done.
Wish I had read the reviews before making my appointment. Made appointment several weeks ago online. Just went to my appointment and was told Dr Wilder doesn't see new patients at the time I booked and that they had tried to call me (I must have transposed the last 2 digits of my phone number). Rather than making any attempt to find the correct number using my name and address, which they had (found it in 1 minute on Google) or even sending a courtesy postcard, they let me show up for my booked appointment several weeks later to tell me I could book an appointment in 4 months time. I took time off work for this. No thanks! Editing to add: They said they didn't have my email address. Just checked their website and you can't make an appointment without an email address. So, yet another way they could have saved me a drive and time off work. Or, just honored the appointment their website let me book. It's also possible they messed up my phone number themselves as my contact info typically autofills with the correct information. Either way, no care or concern for people, which is kind of what you look for in an office dedicated to your health.
I made an appointment months ago for today, October 10th. Left school early and drove from Daytona to New Smyrna just for them to tell me I can’t be seen until it’s been 3 years since I’ve seen my last doctor which will be June of next year. This place is a joke.
Waited months for an appointment, was then scheduled to work over the appointment time, called over 45 days in advance to change it and was told if I move the appointment it will be pushed back another 6 months. I then told the receptionist to cancel the appointment due to their lack of flexibility and was promptly hung up on. Terrible service.
Dr. Wilder is thorough, knowledgeable and efficient. She is also caring and has the ability to make you feel at ease. She answers questions. When you’re with her she makes you feel like her only concern is for you as her patient. Highly recommend.
Never got to see her!! The office staff canceled my appt three times after waiting a month for first time appt!!! They just don’t care ! I called management and they said it’s unacceptable it did nothing to help! Outrageous and horrible customer service!
Very sweet considerate and caring, staff is also amazing. I am very happy I found her and will definitely recommend Dr. Jodi Wilder

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
