Very poor communication - I set an appt online and took my daughter to the office who had been in a near fatal accident very difficult to transport 3 broken limbs and was told flippantly with No compassion we left you a vm last week which wasn’t the case. If this doctor isn’t taking new patients then there shouldn’t be an option to make a new patient appointment. This added undue stress on my daughter and myself and delayed ongoing medical care. Very disappointed in the staff. Never met the doctor - I’ve heard she’s great

I tell everyone Dr Keller is twice as good as my second favorite Dr....and at 73 I have had a few, trust men!! I have NEVER in 4-5 yrs waited over 15 mins in waiting room and only 1 time in yrs did I wait over 10 mins in exam room, usually 5 or less. She is ALWAYS very caring, understanding, explains anything I ask in detail! I do not dread an appointment with her, in fact I look forward to them.

My experience with Dr. Keller has always been exceptional! She takes the time to spend with her patients and explain to you any questions you may have. Dr. Keller is very passionate and caring about her profession! Thank you Dr. Keller for all you do for our community! Buddy Davenport

First, I do not go to Dr. K for the staff, however, do recognize change and some has been better than others. One consistent is Dr. K. and she sees, hears and knows her surroundings and I believe adjusts. In regards to a Doctor, one of the BEST and you would be fortunate if she had openings for new patients for sure.

Dr. Keller is just an incredible physician. I have never had a doctor that was so unbelievable smart, attentive, caring and knowledgeable. I knew as soon as I met her that my life was in good care with Dr. Keller.. She is thorough in everything she does and makes certain that I understand, and have everything I need in maintaining good health. I trust Dr. Keller very very much with my life...I'm blessed to be in her care.

I have experienced the best health care across the country, and Advent Health is not included. Dr. Keller is patronizing and smug. She barely conducts a yearly physical. Advent Health is only concerned with money. No amount of name changes will help with this corporation's poor service. They run under the guise of Christian values. Don't go there.

Dr Keller made me suffer 14 months with hip pain. She would not ok my hip replacement surgery instead she sent me to 5 (no lie) specialist a cardiologist (who cleared me) then a pulmonologist ( also cleared me) then an endocrinologist ( he even called her to tell her I needed this surgery and was ok). She then sent me to a neurologist (cleared) a cardiologist again for tests that I passed. Finally the orthopedic docs said to see a Hemotologist for an iron infusion which did work in my favor. She and her staff assistant Deena is soo rude. The others were ok. Anyway I am done with this nightmare of a place.

I feel very fortunate to have found Dr. Keller five years ago. She is a unique physician who is willing to engage in discussion about my conditions. Extremely bright, she hears everything you say even while she multi-tasks. She stays up on all the studies and makes recommendations for the prevention of disease. She was our answer to antiquated concepts of care and is a breath of fresh air. We feel blessed.

My whole family goes to Dr. Keller & we love her! She is very easy to talk to & explains things in terms you can understand. Her staff is very nice & helpful. You are Awesome Dr. Keller! Thank you for always being there for us & listening to us! Nancy

Interrupting my appointment to use her cell phone from what appeared to be a personal text was very unconsiderate and unprofessional. This is not the 1st time this has happened. 😡😡😡
