Really dodged a bullet on this one!! First visit hour and a half wait, scheduled endo/colo for the following week. I’m self employed meaning I had to move all the clients that day, arrange pet care and a ride. Staff is argumentative and rude. I only saw the doctor for 3 minutes. I just canceled everything and I am rescheduling with another physician. READ REVIEWS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I went to Dr nagrani and was supernice. And took care of me he is very kind and so are the nurses and front desk. Angel is a sweetheart. Ty Rita hurley
my belly button turned blue this morning, which was a red flag for a serious medical condition. I was able to secure an immediate medical appointment and was referred for an ultrasound and possible surgery for umbilical hernia. excellent service from this provider!!
Good physician. Would like to send an email and call What is Dr. Nagrani email address and actual number
Beware, this is a money trap… I was referred to this specialist by my primary care doctor, based on him being in-network to treat me. I did further research of my own to confirm he was in-network for my health insurance. I scheduled an appointment and confirmed with the person on the phone he was in-network. I waited a month for my appointment and went for treatment and paid my specialist co-pay. It was a consultation, where he decided I need an endoscopy procedure and wanted me to schedule that for the next week. Great, answers and relief! Except, I was then told by the office that it was out-of-network because he does the procedure in the same building but that part of the building is called the New Smyrna Beach Ambulatory Care Center and that is not covered by my insurance. $800 for an endoscopy, but if it was in-network it would only be $200! I asked if he would perform the procedure somewhere in-network since he is an in-network doctor, no! He only performs procedures at this facility, which I should mention is his facility that he 100% owns and profits off of. I asked if I could receive a referral to a GI who can perform the procedure in-network so that I don’t have to start from square one, as I am in medical distress now for over a month. No! Dr. Nagrani’s office suggested that I reach out to my insurance company to find someone else in-network, even though this doctor is registered with my insurance company as in-network. What a scam! Waste of time and money! All the while, I am suffering. Thank you so much to Dr. Nagrani and his practice for being so helpful when taking my money and taking advantage and not caring about me as a patient! I greatly appreciate your selfishness! Beware, this place is a joke!

I am in serious GI distress. Before being sent to Dr. Nagrani, I asked my PCP for a prescription that helps me with this issue. She never prescribed it and did not mention she was not going to. So, I wait for my appointment anxiously. I arrive to his office explain my issue and the next thing he says is, " I want to do a procedure where we put a camera down your throat to see what is going on." Before I know it he is telling me what a wonderful pain management doctor he has that shares his office and would I like to meet him? Yes, but...But nothing. The next thing I know is he's ordering this other doctor to see if he can fit me in that same day! Omgosh! I was not done yet! Next thing I know the girl behind the desk is scheduling me to see his counterpart. I do not make an immediate appointment to return for the camera test because I have to make sure i have someone to drive me to and fro. I was also supposed to sign a release for Dr. Nagrani to get my records, but the girl never gave me the paperwork to sign! I had explained to the young woman that in order to schedule an appointment I would call as soon as I got home. I did. Another young lady answers. I ask to schedule the test. They said, "well, you were supposed to sign a doc stating authorization of them to obtain previous medical records." And I said, well, why did no one give me this to sign while I was just there? "Well, I do not know." Alright, what is wrong with this picture? I am sick everyday. Everything I eat, drink, even the medications I have to take are making me so sick now I do not have the strength to just turn around to go and sign a document, let alone await for the doctor to see the results! I am so angry! What is wrong with our healthcare system? Meanwhile, the healthcare plan is getting over $700.00 a month plus my monthly payment. One would think that the treatment I should be receiving would be gold! I cannot express how disappointed I am at this office, the doctor, and his help! I did not ever get the chance to ask the doctor what might it be? Did he have any idea? Can I take this test first and most importantly how soon? I am in distress people! I am sick of these doctors ignoring to treat a patient like a patient. Years ago I can remember when the doctor would ask you after having been seen, was there anything else I needed to discuss further or add that I may not have up till now? Then, you pay and leave. Now, money first, times up! See ya!
Dr. Nagrani and his staff are wonderful. They go over and above the norm to accommodate one's needs. Dr. Nagrani is very knowledgeable and compassionate. He explains everything in terms one can understand. He truly wants his patients to feel the best they can and does everything in his power to make that happen. The on-site surgical center is a welcome convenience. If you ever need a gastroenterologist, you can't go wrong with Dr. Nagrani.
Can't get in touch. Phone number not in service after seeing him 2 days prior. Where is he????

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
