Robert Routh's Online Review Report Card

From the moment I walked into Dr. Routh’s office I was treated like a best friend. Everyone was very professional and made me feel so comfortable. I had cataract mono lens surgery in 2018 and my eyes were never the same. Even when wearing glasses, many times I had to use a magnifying glass to read labels, magazines or books. My distance vision was 20/20 until a month ago when I could no longer read exit signs on the Interstate. My eye doctor referred me to Dr. Routh for a YAG procedure on my right eye. Within an hour after the procedure I could see everything crystal clear. My vision has not been this great for the past five or more years. Thank you Dr. Routh and staff.

Terrible experience. Dr. Rough appeared to be in a rush. Very arrogant and didn't want to be asked any questions. Did not read history before coming into the room.

Excellent staff, and nice office setting. I was treated very well, and called by my name. ( That often isn't true for a first visit) Dr. Routh was professional, and courteous. He explained things very clearly. I felt that he was totally present for me, as was his staff. I highly recommend this office and Dr. Routh.

The office staff is superb, getting appointments is easy, and the facility is very clean and attractive. The medical staff are professional and listen to the patients concerns, always explaining procedures simply and thoroughly.

I have had two cataract surgeries performed by Dr. Routh with no complications. He is very thorough and explains everything he is going to do and what to expect.

I had a small eye emergency last week and I have to say the office for this office was outstanding! They got me in the next day, I had some insurance problems and the lady who handles that part of the practice went above and beyond to figure it out for me and last but not least Dr. Knuckles was outstanding. I truly can’t say enough about my experience.

I am not rating Dr. Routh since I was unable to see him, I am rating the practice itself, just poor, no management skills, poorly organized, saw Dr. Heck, very young optom. poor skills, equipment at practice very old and antiquated, wanted to charge additional charge for eye glass needs test, would not accept the fact that this was my no charge annual eye exam. I would not recommend this practice to anyone.

Dr. Routh is very thorough and professional. His exam equipment is up to date with newest technology. The staff are are friendly and efficient. Dr. Routh is a very kind and gentle man who fills you with confidence in his skills and knowledge. I highly recommend him!

Anyone considering cataract surgery would be greatly impressed with Dr. Routh's knowledge and detailed explanation of the procedure and the latest in technology. I would recommend him highly for this procedure. My husband was very impressed with Dr. Heck as was I and would recommend her also. She and Dr. Routh both care about the well being of their patients. His staff is very efficient and capable.
