The very rude ladies in the office made multiple mistakes with my medications and appointments. One was so rude , I ask to speak to Magen and ask if calls are recorded b/c of how rude the ladies were at the practice. I didn’t have a bad encounter with the doctor, however b/c I ask to speak to a manager about the rude ladies on the phone the doctor ask me to find a new doctor based off me trying to prove that the ladies on the phone are very rude. There for I give the doctor low stars. The doctor was basically taking her rude ladies on the phone word over mine. Don’t waste your time on this doctor or any of her staff. Her staff are actually the most rude people I’ve ever encountered at a doctors office.

I was wowed on my first visit as Dr. Nguyen met with me for almost an hour. Her knowledge and people skills are superb. I was also impressed with her physician's assistant and ultra modern office. I also liked how well organized they are in recording my medical history and are apart of the Advent health system. So you get in addition to her excellent care a superb web site for viewing your office medical notes and lab results. Her office staff has now responded very quickly (within 2 hours) 3 times to any messages I have left on their answering system. That is the best I have experienced. Overall I am very pleased.
