My wife was in the hospital for a week in 2022. Dr. Vicente the neurology doctor at the hospital has billed us for 01/06/2022 and 01/07/2022. There were all kinds of tests and brain scans, and the doctor sent my wife home. When my wife got home she called for a follow up visit and it was scheduled 2 months out. No sense of Urgency. Shortly after that my wife's primary Dr. Sunny Tomlinson called her, and asked if she was told in the hospital she had an aneurysm. Dr. Tomlinson's review of my wife's file SAVED HER LIFE. (Dr. Tomlinson gets 5 STARS!)

Had a stroke and hospital set up my appointment, but ask by the APRN why i was there? She then made a comment about inputting all my info and i wanted to say i would gladly switch my condition and situation with her. When the doctor came in i was hoping to have him explain my reports from the hospital because I wasn't told much there. But that isn't what happened. I asked why I was there and was told because I had a stroke! I feel very clueless. They told me to get PT and OT and come back in six months. I feel lacks good bedside manner or compassion.

This place totally sucks. My seizures have been on and off some of them have really been bad during the night. These people see you for like 5 minutes don't adjust the meds and wonder why I'm disappointed with them. I just came back to this company. They never want to answer the phone and I don't know if there's an option to leave a message. My seizures came back and they seem to not care.

No diagnosis, his assistants refuse to administer testing, no calls for prescriptions, nothing. Very strange.

Dr Trapani and his practice has been caring for me since my stroke last year and has been wonderful between taking the time to understand me, my conditions, and treating my conditions with kind patience, professionalism, and care. Thank you!

They cancelled my mom's meds just because she missed an appointment. What kind of doctor lets a patient run out of Parkinson's meds to suffer just because they didn't feel well enough to make their appointment??? She's 97 and the last appointment the doctor sent his nurse in to check on her!
