Great office staff and love Dr Metchick and Nurse Gina.

I have been seeing Dr. Metchick for over ten years. She is wonderful. She is very patient and kind. I recently had to have a procedure done in her office and she was very gentle and talked me through the whole procedure checking to make sure I was ok the whole time. Cannot say enough good things about her!

dr. metchick herself is amazing, really cares about her clients but the office staff is horrible, you can never call and get in contact with anyone

Awful experience. Scheduling took 30 minutes on phone. Treated horribly during Covid about changing appointment also. No compassion for patient needs.

Dr. Metchick herself is really great. I’ve been a patient with her for over 4 years. I recently saw Regina and while my experience wasn’t that great because she was rushed and did not seem to listen to my concerns, it was fine. Sadly though, I will be switching practices because the girl who just answered my call (she said she was new) was extraordinarily rude after I told her I’d prefer not to see Regina if possible. She said I’m not able to get in with Dr. Metchick. For an issue that would require a female exam, she told to go to my primary care doctor. Then I asked if I could go ahead and see Regina, she said “you just said you didn’t want to see her”, she would not allow me to speak and twisted my words around as I tried to explain, it was strange and really uncomfortable. She yelled at me, said I was rude and put me on hold, so I just hung up. ☹️ I’ve never had issues like this before.

Dr metchevk is,awesome her staff and her helper Dr are not went in for a wellness exam was charged for the exam because apparently there was a more than conversation about specifically wellness I guess you can't carry on conversation with your Dr about anything because it's an excuse to change the coding on how you are charged for your visit also told insurance company that they did an internal and pap smear ( never happened) and was expecting to see Dr met when I got there and they had me seeing her helper....when your expecting service and to see the dr and you don't... wont be going back everyone is out to make adollar forget about your well being or any concerns and forget about her rude staff

The office staff is incapbale of doing there job. As for the doctor she seems not sure of herself. She seems selfish. Went to her cause needed urgent surgery and now couple days before surgery she is backing out of doing it cause she doesn't feel comfortable. Not ok know have to get someone else soon. Didn't want to give anything but a no star does not deserve one.

Unprofesssional, not mature. Staff is none to bright. I would not send my dog there. Anyone who can set surgery up for couple days then back out is not good.

Not mature likes to set surgery up then days before back out. Staff is not very bright. They want paid in full before will do anything for you. Can't do procedures inless you pay it all. This is not right.

We had an appt. for my wife today 8/18/22 @ 9:40 am. The RN who saw my wife was kind & professional. She recommended further examinations they could not preform, follow ups & medications to ease her discomfort and pain she was having. You would think that after being prescribed medications to treat a patient which the RN felt was need of due to her medical condition would be a priority. "Not" we called twice about the prescription and were told it would be done by the end of the day (5 pm). Well at 4:55 pm after I again confirmed with the pharmacy that the prescription had not been called in to the pharmacy (or any Walgreens pharmacy) I called the office to see if they were going to take care of this for my wife only to find out that the phones had already been re-directed to the answering service and they had gone home for the day. but the service said the would send them a message. Now it' after 7pm and the pharmacy is closed and still no prescription. Being that this is Thursday and "YOUR OFFICE" is closed to Monday it means my wife is just S**t out of luck and must continue with her pain and discomfort. You would think the medical professionals would have true compassion for what they due but obviously the staff at this office does not see it this way otherwise they would have done there "JOB". How unprofessional can you be not to take care of your patients after you see them. You have no problem taking our money though!. You can bet that I will be contacting AdventHealth about the rude staff and un-professional response/care for my wife got after her visit. Dr. Metchick, your staff may not care about my wife or treatments that they prescribe, but you can bet I do. If this is the way your staff treats paying patients you should fire them a hire people who care.
