Every single person I came in contact with at the office was kind, professional and very helpful. Dr. Ball took time with us to make sure our questions and concerns were answered and I felt he was very thorough and caring. We have been seeing Dr. Ball for 4 years now, and couldn't be happier! He always talks to us in a manner we can understand. He loves to just visit and catch up with my daughter, which really makes it feel personal. We have complete trust that he is doing all the right things for her health.

Dr. Ball helped our 5year old son and our whole family through 3 1/2 years of Leukemia treatment. He has an amazing bedside manor that put not only our son, but myself at ease. We completely trust him, his knowledge and recommendations for our son's treatment. He always has time to answer our questions and always makes me feel like we are his priority when we are meeting with him. I'm thankful everyday that he is our son's Oncologist and truly believe he saved our son's life.

Dr. Ball is a kind, gifted, and compassionate doctor. We are grateful to have landed in his capable hands when our daughter battled ITP two years ago. I'll never forget how he rushed in to give us good news or the caring way he spoke to our little girl. We continued to see him throughout her treatment and he was always kind and always had time for us. Our daughter is now 7 and wants to be a hematologist "like Dr. Ball". That is the impact he had on our family. Thank you, Dr. Ball!
