I booked an appointment 2 months in advance, and it was cancelled due to Hurricane Idalia. No one called from the office called to inform me it was cancelled, and I had to reach out myself to reschedule. To my chagrin, I was told that the next available appointment was 2 months out, and they were unwilling to accommodate me any sooner. My issue was urgent, so I had to scramble to find another provider. If you are looking for a practice that values patient care and customer service, go elsewhere.

Dr. Sidman and her staff are amazing. I am not sure if they are accepting new patients. However if you’re looking for a new GP. Start here.
