Dr Pohani has been my husband’s and my family doctor for 18 years. We have been very pleased with the time and dedication she offers each patient. Some may complain about waiting, but she’ll never rush you through your appointment. I’ve never been to a more thorough doctor. Thank you.

I have been going to Dr. Pohani for the last 12 or 13 years. She was recommended to me by the head of the cardiac unit at North Florida Hospital as one of the best doctors in the hospital. Dr. Pohani is very thorough and proactive. She’s an “ old fashion” doctor as she doesn’t look at the clock and will spend as much time as needed with her patients. She is always available by phone and very conscious of her patients conditions. Thru the years, she has become a dear friend and I am very glad that she is my doctor.

Dr. Pohani treats you like family...in a GOOD way. You may have to wait a bit, but she cares for you as she cared for the patient before you. She takes the time needed to really evaluate your problem. Her goal is to keep you healthy. She has kept me out of the hospital more that a few times and for that I am eternally grateful.

Dr Pohani sees each patient herself and spends quality time with them reviewing symptoms, current medications, lab work and vitals. She is genuinely interested in their lives and stresses and health habits. She has successfully managed my symptoms of hypertension and other medical issues for the 13 years I have lived in Florida and I have full confidence in her knowledge and competence.

Dr. Pohani is an exceptional care giver. She over extends herself with personal attention to each patient. Additionally, her patience, medical care and follow up with patients are remarkable.
