Absolutely the worst office staff you could have. Lied all the way through, stay away!
Very very unhappy with this office ! Was set an appointment 2 weeks ago ,after my insurance set me with this doctor. I then do what the office ask and get my medical records sent to them. I have had an appointment set up for today at 9am for my first appointment. I get a call one hour before my appointment. The lady in the office informs me Dr lanasa has declined me as a patient and will refuse to tell me why when I literally need 10 doctors . My health is very very bad. He can see that on my records. And the day of my appointment I have a lady from the office arguing with me and telling me how I've been declined as a patient and told me how they never set me up with an appointment which was done about 2 weeks ago or a little longer. This office is a joke . They don't care . I'm so upset, I've never dealt with this in my whole life and I've been dealing with doctors over 10 years . If I could rate a 0 I would !
My first visit as a new patient was very pleasant. All employees are so friendly and helpful. The office is nice and they have Covid 19 precautions in place. Dr. LaNasa is such a nice doctor. He is very easy to talk with and I feel very comfortable being a patient in this nice practice.
Did not listen to my concerns and made inappropriate comments throughout appointment. Would not recommend to anyone.
I met Dr. Anthony Lanasa yesterday for my initial meet and greet appointment to set him up as my PCM. I was so pleased with the comfortable interaction with him. Dr. Lanasa pointedly and professionally discussed all of my concerns as well as preventive health, ensuring all was managed proficiently with other physicians as needed. He put me at ease after I’ve shied away from managing my healthcare due to the pandemic concerns. His entire staff was welcoming and wonderful. Cindy handled all of my initial paperwork with accurate professionalism, as well as immediately started the referral process with my insurance to ensure speedy care. Thank you all for a comfortable experience. I’m confident I made a great choice for my healthcare management!
It was my first visit. I like to give people a few chances. I have left the base and am looking for a regular primary care doctor for some continuity of care. However, it seemed like the doctor was distracted, only listened to some of what I said, and didn't even try to get the full picture. I turn 60 next month. I am having several health issues now, but I am trying to take a minimal amount of medicine. I have had a lot of exposure to different chemicals in my military time. The doctor asked me twice why I don't go back to work. I already worked for almost 40years in a difficult field where I even broke several bones, worked outside in minus 96 wind chills, and in desert climates over 110 degrees. I paid my dues. My wife is a nurse and sent me along with some notes to bring up with the doctor. Sometimes I forget to bring things up. So, he also asked me why don't I just go see her doctor? My wife's doctor is leaving in a year. I felt as though Dr Lanasa was just trying to get rid of me. I asked for a couple doses of prednisone to help with my arthritis and COPD. I know it is temporary, but I thought it would help two problems with one medicine. They are a steroid and not addictive. He did not prescribe them. I only take a minimal amount of Tramadol, and probably too much Motrin. I'm trying to find ways to manage pain without these 2. First, they tried Celebrex on me. That put me in the ER with stroke like symptoms. In 2012 they said I have rheumatoid arthritis. So I was on Orencia until this March. I was knocked 10 feet to the Tarmac from the top of a plane by a loose cover in a high wind. That was in 1997. It shattered the bones in my left arm from my wrist to my elbow. I go from pins and needles to complete loss of feeling in that arm. I have yet to get that addressed. I have had 3 left knee surgeries, ending in a total knee replacement. Some days I can barely get off the bed. But I push. I have a grandson to help care for, and 2 rescue dogs. I try my best to keep moving. I am only looking for a doctor who will help me minimize my pain so I can function, with the least amount of medicines. Sadly, this doctor did nothing to help me. He just didn't care.
Need a refill on medicine. The office never answers the phone. It’s been 2 weeks. Very frustrating!
they dont know how to answer phones. if they cant work phones then they cant be succeful doctors. dont go here because when you have something wrong and would like to see a doctor you will have no way to contact them.
Recall artist Norman Rockwell's painting of the family doctor. That is the feel good emotion from our visit to Dr Lanansa.
I went to my Doctors appt. the receptionist Cindy checked me in and I was seeing the nurse in less then 10 minutes. The nurse did her thing and listened intently to my concerns. Saw the Doctor and he listened to what I had to say and implemented the plan of what to do next. They are so fast and efficient in this office. I love it!!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
