Great visit - great service. Dr. Goeke answered questions, and explained surgery details. Bluewater Ortho staff offered prompt operation setup, physical therapy, and explained recovery process. Great work!!

I just had a total knee replacement on June 14, 2023. One week ago. Pain is very minimal, in fact less pain than I was in prior to surgery. Dr. Goeke is a very efficient, no nonsense doc. He gives you your options and has you make the final decision on your course of treatment. He is an excellent surgeon and I anticipate full range of motion to return that I haven't had for years. The only complaint I would have, is the office staff needs to do better on returning phone calls.

I trust Dr Goeke anytime. He has always been great anytime I had to have a surgery that he provides and has always taken care of myself and my husband. He just did my knee replacement and I did great.

I want to see Dr. Goeke regarding pain in my shoulder in Sept and numbness in my arm and hand. He decided on shoulder surgery and coerced me into carpal tunnel surgery. I was not having trouble with my wrist. After the surgery I continued to have problems and his response kept on being give it 30 more days. It is now February and my shoulder and arm are worse than ever. I have had constant pain in my hand and wrist and I’m searching for a doctor that can fix everything.

The office staff is pleasant and wonderful. Dr. Goeke was nice, informative and did a wonderful job on my shoulder.

Goeke comes in, asks me what I want him to do after being diagnosed, insists on cortisone shot (which made it worse to include more pain the following day, worse the second time), suggest eventual shoulder replacement without further evaluation and exploratory surgery. His PA's suggested exploring damage with a scope but he didn't, he never even suggested physical or occupational therapy as his assistants did. He reminded me of Chevy Chase who played a doctor in the move 'Dirty Work' but that's just my opinion. Before anyone starts getting cortisone shots, get second opinions and research it's benefits and also what it could damage. It's been over a day since I saw him and let gave me that shot and not only do I feel no benefit, my whole side feels stiff, burns, and aches as well. These shot were suppose to make me feel better. The opposite seemed to happen instead. Tried to call his offe the next day to no avail. I WOULD NOT recommend this doctor. Thank you,
