List of Bryan N House's Reviews
Dr House has retired and another oral surgeon is at this office.
BEWARE OF BILLING PRACTICES. Dr. House is a great oral surgeon, however, the billing practices are faulty. I have dental insurance separate from my health insurance and Dr. House's office won't file a claim with my dental insurance until they get a denial from my health insurance. I had my surgery 4 months and they haven't billed my dental insurance because they apparently still waiting to here back from my health insurance which does not cover dental at all. This sounds like to a scam to me and will be taking it up with an attorney if this isn't resolved soon.
He pulled a tooth and it wasn’t a terrible experience! He explained what he was doing and that tooth out before I was expecting it. Not much pain and it’s healing nicely!
Great staff and office. Was referred by my dentist and when I talked to friends, they all said this is the place to go for dental surgery. Dr. House was very nice and explained everything in detail. The surgery was actually pleasant! Front desk ladies were very helpful and explained all the insurance coverage and fees so I knew exactly what was expected. Thanks to everyone at this office for making my experience amazing! Highly recommend!!
Great office with wonderful!! Staff are very caring and helped me check my insurance and then helped fix a problem with my insurance! Doctor House was great and explained everything! Lots of people I know have all come here and had great experiences and I was glad to be referred here. Thanks to all your staff and Dr. House!!
Dr. House is OUTSTANDING. His staff are so helpful, and they go the extra steps to help. I would highly recommend him . I had two teeth removed, no pain at all.
I had a wisdom tooth removal procedure almost 12 years ago with Dr. House. It was probably the best experience that it could have possibly been. The doctor and staff were all superb. I recommend Dr. House to anyone I come across who is about to have this procedure.
Billing practices are not customer friendly. When I was told by my insurance scan would be covered if coded correctly. Office coded incorrectly and tried to get fixed, office/ billing staff don't seem to want to assist customer with invoice fixing. Dr House is a great surgeon, but billing and office isn't. Beware of high costs! Would not go back or recommend due to this.
Buyer beware! I scheduled my college age son for an evaluation for wisdom teeth removal 19 Dec 16. The written quote; our co-pay $833.00. Scheduled the surgery for 8 Aug 17. He dropped our insurance network between the evaluation and surgery. We were not notified. We found out one week after the surgery. Our co-pay jumped to $2006.00. Contacted the office; they don’t believe notifying patients about insurance changes is their responsibility. If we knew we would have gone elsewhere.
I drove from fwb to crestview to pick Up my X-rays that for some reason couldn't be transferred over any other way, and then drove to my appt in blue water bay. My insurance apparently didn't cover anything although my dentist refferred me. So I had to pay $75 for the surgeon to tell me , yes your tooth will need to be removed. I already knew that. & it only Took maybe 3 minutes of his time. What justifies a $75 charge?! I feel this is an injustice.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
