Evan Meeks's Online Review Report Card

My son is 1 and sees Dr. Meeks. He has been great He never rushes us and you can tell he really cares about his patients. The front desknurses have been awesome as well

My toddler loves Dr. Meeks Hes so friendly and great with children. Very knowledgeable pediatrician and I couldnt ask for a better doctor for my children.

Dr. Meeks is such a patient helpful great doctor. He listened to all my concerns and explained everything to me in easy to understand terms. Bringing 3 sick kids in on the day before Christmas Eve was not ideal but Dr. Meeks put them at ease and got us in and out. He is a top notch physician who cares about his patients. Thank you Dr. Meeks

Went to see Dr. Simmers for my 10 month old she had 102 fever. I told him her symptoms and he did his best to listen but I felt unheard the whole time. He told me it was probably nothing but a virus checked her ears and throat and said she was good. I felt like He wasn’t listening to me so I made appointment with another pediatrician that same day and they found out she had the flu by a simple test within ten minutes in the office. Very disappointed and felt the staff there needs to slow down a bit more and listen to the patient.

We trust and appreciate Dr Meeks. We enjoy our visits.

This was the worst experience me and my daughter ever experienced at a Drs office. We went to try and get help for my grandson. We wanted to get a referral for a specialist because we believe he had several signs of Autism. As soon as we got there my grandson was getting what looked like bug bites all over him. So we went ahead and went in the office. Dr Meeks comes in very loud and abrupt. He’s like ok what’s going on mom. Talking to my daughter. She was telling him her concerns and he was just like and what else think what’s next ok what else and kept doing this for awhile. Then he’s like well he definitely has Autism and told my daughter he could tell she had something wrong with her too by just the way she talks. Wellmy Grandson was itching and moving around a lot which didn’t help. So I thought we were done with the questions and I said so do you have anything that could help with his itching here at the office and Dr Meeks yells at me... you are part of the problem Grandma We’re talking about your grandson having Autism and your worried about bug bites. Well by then my grandson had welts all over him and his neck was all red like hives. I was pretty upset and said he has been itching the whole time we’ve been here... look at him he has welts. He didn’t even look. He just kept typing. I said we came here for some help He just kept typing but changed his attitude a little. We were just ready to leave. I can’t believe we actually stayed in there that long but we needed a referral to a specialist so we stayed through it all but afterwards we were like what just happened. He was so arrogant and yelling at us and trying to be funny and it was horrible. We saw another Pediatrician last week and he was very kind and compassionate. He told us that my grandson was Autistic and gave us a referral that day. Dr Meeks office never did get us a referral and we had to fill out a big parent packet of papers and still haven’t heard from them. Very upset with Dr Meeks. We went to him for help and felt like we just got abused

Dr Meeks has great rapport with children. Quinn has been seeing Dr Meeks since a young age. He is now 13 and Dr Meeks creates ageappropriate conversation as well as finding common interest with children. Every visit is enjoyable because of his detailed care and his ability to create an environment that makes children comfortable.

He is wonderful with my children. Spends more time with the kids than any other doctors they have had.

My daughter loved this Doctor. She had quite a horrible experience from another doctor that has left her traumatized and extremely fearful of all doctors in general. But Dr Meeks helped her feel comfortable and even made her laugh and eventually she was up being silly right along with him. Now she keeps asking me when she can go back to see him again Thank you Doctor Meeks and your wonderful nurse for such an awesome experience

Dr Meeks is an amazing doctor He is so friendly and knowledgeable. He explains things in a simple easy to understand way. He is very funny.
