What brought me to Twin Cities Hospital was a bike ride that went longer than normal the weather heated up and I ran out of water. Chest pains resulted and I couldn’t hydrate enough after to bring my Blood Pressure down.

The entire emergency room staff were extremely professional and caring. They were very thorough in every aspect of the treatment I received. They took the time to explain in detail every step of the treatment they were providing and what they expected the outcome of this treatment would be. The management team doctor nurses and technicians constantly checked in on me to insure I was comfortable.The treatment I received in this facility was the best I ever received than any other emergency room that I had visited in the past.The entire emergency room team should be commended on the exceptional customer service they provided.

UPDATE READ THIS Twin Cities has doctors who work for another company in their ER that company Envision Physician Services MAY OR MAY NOT BE IN YOUR INSURANCE NETWORK Its buried in their consent form. This is an additional charge and a separate bill which may or may not be covered by your insurance This place is SCUUUUUMMMYYYHOLY $% I got 4 XRays and these crooks billed $8k For literally taking an XRay and sitting there. Let my expensive lesson help you go elsewhere these guys will stick you as hard as they canAnd that discount if you pay at the time of service comes off the total billed not the allowed cost on your insurance. So you get no discount at all.

Preregistering helped considerably and everyone was friendly and through with information about surgery. Everything went smoothly even with IV which usually is difficult with my deep rolling veins. I would recommend using Twin Cities.

I have to say everyone from Dr. Ruttig the anithesioligist the nurses to the front desk workers who worked in some way with my 2 cataract surgeries all did an exceptional job Thankyou for a great job
