List of Jennifer Lay's Reviews
I have seen her at the clinic in Niceville for several years, and she has worked what seems to me to be minor miracles by tweaking my medications to get me optimized for my thyroid/lupus/Meniere's/menopause etc. issues. She is caring, professional, smart, and proactive. She works hard for my maximized health. While we all of course miss Dr. Fedosky, Dr. Lay has stepped in 100% fabulously to pick up his patients, and I am so so so glad she is my doctor.
Dr. Lay is caring, professional, and careful about my health! She has worked with me over the years to get my health back in good shape. I have lupus and Meniere's Disease and thyroid issues, but she has tweaked my medicines based on labs and clinical picture, and encouraged me to exercise and eat right. I am in much better shape now than I was previously. I think she is fantastic. I completely trust her.
Would not recommend! She refused to write a letter in regards to my medical conditions for Jury duty. After a week of waiting & being told she was preparing it I get a call from the office saying, “she won’t, because SHE doesn’t think it will help me get out of jury duty in a pandemic”. I explained again, “all I need is a letter to turn in to the judge with all my autoimmune diseases”. I let them know my father has stage IV lung cancer & care for him & am afraid of putting him at risk as well. Office called back & said that SHE said that she will not be writing the letter, because SHE thinks it useless! I called the jury duty office, they were shocked my own doctor wouldn’t write me the letter. The judge was kind enough to take my word in regards to my health & released me. I called the office back to let the doctor know that I was released from duty & she should have written my letter. Two days later I get a letter that she will no longer treat me. Wasn’t going back anyway!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
