Dr. Judge is a very caring and knowledgeable doctor. She is easy to talk to and answers questions and concerns I might have. Her staff are top notch . I am blessed to have her as my doctor.
Dr Judge is very caring about me and my health. She is easy to talk to and answers questions and concerns. I really feel blessed to have her as my doctor.
My mother had an appointment that she had to bring my father who has dementia along with her. After sitting in the waiting room for over 30 minutes they were told he would have to wait outside because he was coughing and before you ask he not only had covid more than 8 months ago he is also fully vaccinated. They both wore masks. As my mother tried to explain to no avail; he has dementia and the coughing is due to his difficulty swallowing. They went out to the car and waited for 40 minutes before re-entering the waiting area at the staff’s direction. To then be told he would have to go back out alone to the car when she went into the exam room because the “doctor” doesn’t want to be around anyone coughing. They aren’t screening patients/visitors and didn’t ask them any covid questions. If your looking for compassion and understanding of a difficult situation or heck even just a little common courtesy, don’t go here. They knew before they ushered them out to wait in the car they had no intention of letting him in the exam room. It was made very clear that he couldn’t be left alone. They don’t care
Dr Judge is caring, kind, compassionate, and understanding. She listens to your concerns carefully, answering questions, giving you all the time you need.
With Dr. Judge, it's about the patient. Pure and simple. It's not about the clock, it's not about the cash drawer, it's about the patient. The result means I may spend a little time in the waiting room for my appointment. That's okay. It means a patient needs her to listen. And when I see her she will give no less to me. That's a doctor/patient relationship we could do with a lot more these days. But if your clock matters more, you can post your one star review to show your frustration. She's not the doctor for you. If you're like me, her quality care is an oasis in today's healthcare system.
I have so much respect for Dr Judge, she is extremely intelligent, caring, & thorough in my doctor visits & examinations. I never feel as though I am rushed, and Dr. Judge is very patient, knowledgable, & explains everything to me in our discussions. I honestly feel she listens to me & my concerns, I wouldn't ever go to another doctor. I literally trust her with my life!
I went to her once a few years ago and never returned. After waiting over 2 hours, she was very brusque, and I did not like her. Very unfriendly and just not for me. I never returned, yet I continue to receive emails with a Patient portal, and although I have asked to be removed, they continue to email me.
Wonderful practitioner!! She is patient, listens to understand, and thorough. Would highly recommend!
I've been seeing Dr. Judge now for a little over a year. I've had 4 visits with her so far. In my 4 experiences, I have had to wait a little longer than what's ideal to me but she is worth the wait. She's so patient, kind & thorough, every time. During today's visit, I experienced an older lady come in and throw a fit because she didn't want to fill out any more paperwork. I mean, I want all of my paperwork to be accurate. I felt so bad for the receptionist. People are just in too much of a hurry now a days. My opinion, she's worth the wait.
I just received a message from Dr. Judge's office that I need to call and reschedule. I did so immediately and was told by Angela that because I had not done my new client paperwork two days prior they were cancelling my appointment. I explained that I had done the paperwork on line and she said I had to drop off paper copies and that I could not do this on line. I was told that I could do the paperwork online and received text messages urging me to complete the paperwork on line. She said that I was incorrect and that all the staff there tell patients they have to bring in paperwork in person two days ahead. She insisted that I was wrong (is this the proper way to address a patient?) and that if I would immediately bring in the paperwork I would be allowed to keep the appointment. I don't even have any "blank" paperwork from them in emails or any other method to fill out by hand. I did this all online to include signing HIPAA and other medical forms. Why do they even have the online site with all the forms and history questions, if they still also require a hard copy??? I am a retired veterinarian and our profession also requires us to have certain paperwork completed by our clients; however, I would NEVER have treated a patient/client this way and cancelled an appointment. I already had to wait two months to get this appointment and now I will have to find another clinic. Dr. Judge your system and staff have failed you; you truly need to improve how you handle new patients. Kathy L McCoy, DVM

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
