List of Niceville Urgent Care's Reviews
Had a bad experience with Crestview urgent care so i came to niceville urgent care and they was so helpful and took care of us in a nice manner was definitely a relief after Crestview had us stressing
Been there several times. Staff is great. Wait time is usually shorter than my regular Dr.
Shawn Lauren and Bernie were helpful as always will return again
Staff was friendly. Did not experience an unreasonable wait time. Really liked the doctor who was on duty at the time. Knowledgeable, and he had a good bedside manner.
Picture this: You cut your hand with a knife at work and you need to get some stitches. You look for the closest urgent care and see they close at 6pm. You show up at 4pm to find a nurse outside the door crying just wanting some papers. You try to go in and it's locked. The extremely rude staff decide to yell across the room through closed doors they're closed. You try to inquire about why because it's only 4pm and you urgently need stitches but they scream "We're f#$!ing closed, if you stay we're calling the cops". Unreliable, Unprofessional, overall does not care about patients, do not waste your time.
We came in on Monday August 21 and it was extremely busy. That being said, we still were seen in a timely manner and treated kindly. I will definitely be returning. I have nothing but praise for all three of the people we came in contact with. Thank you all!
Attended a VA C&P exam on 8/7/23. It was conducted by NP Jacqulyne Taylor. Upon the start of the exam, I presented a statement that reflected details regarding my condition. She declined accepting my statement. My presumption was that she felt it was unnecessary as she planned to be thorough. Once I received a copy of the exam results, I was astonished to read findings that were completely inconsistent with both the exam findings and my statements. If you are a veteran and Optum sets up your C&P exam at this facility, I recommend that you request a new facility to avoid this happening to you.
The service was substandard. If that wasn’t bad enough , This place could not bill my insurance correctly. The billing department is incompetent and unable to even correctly bill out of state. I was sent to collections due to this. I would not recommend this place.
I went to this urgent care and the care was not great. Waited over 2 hours then after being seen, I left. Only to find out the billing department does not know how to bill correctly. I have asked they submit it correctly and then they sent me to collections. Substandard care and the billing department does not have a clue how to bill out of state. If I could give no stars this place would get that.
Had to get stitches for the first time today and EVERYONE, from the front desk to the back, were absolute sweethearts. Very professional, expedient service. Best urgent care experience I've had by far. Thank y'all!!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
