Dr. Mitchell takes his time with patients. I’ve never felt rushed or not heard. He’s always been straight forward and takes into account my feelings for the plan of care. I’ve been to the office multiple times and feel like I’ve received the best care possible for my circumstances.

Dr.mitchel and staff are awesome, so compassionate and really cares for his patients, any time I need anything for my Mother or myself they are on it. I am so thankful to have found these wonderful people.

Dr. Mitchell and his staff are always very friendly and helpful. Dr. Mitchell takes his time to listen to his patients and talk to them instead of at them. Very lucky to have him as our family doctor.

Dr. Mitchell is a wonderful physician, but his office staff is not. I found out the day of the appointment that my insurance wasn’t covered and charged for the $50 cancelation policy. I told the girl working the desk that I was unaware and wasn’t asked when I made my appointment if my insurance was the same or had changed, which they had done in the past. I told her that I would switch to another medical group in the area who carries my insurance. She then got very short and rude with me. And told me “we sent out 3 emails in 2019. You can pay the $50 cancelation or $115 to be seen today because you have a copay.” The brunette woman who was also in the reception area asked the girl at the desk what I decided to do and when she told her my decision the other woman raised her eyebrows in a form of judgment for deciding to cancel. Very unprofessional and uncomfortable.

My entire family sees Dr. Mitchell. We all love him! Takes time with all patients, very clean office. Caring doctor. We are lucky to have him.

I started seeing Dr. Mitchell after my previous PCP retired. I have been extremely impressed with Dr. Mitchell and his entire staff. I recently found myself in need of several stitches and was able to get an appointment with Dr. Mitchell that same morning. He and Kim got me all stitched up with almost no pain. Going to the doctors is never fun, but this office makes it as pleasant as possible. I highly recommend this practice.
