Dr. Burton and her staff takes their time with you and answers all the questions that you have. I never feel rushed to get out of there, which is refreshing compared to larger practices where are you feel like you only get a 10 minute slot and then you have to go. The facility is warm and inviting.

We’ve been searching for a good pediatrician since moving here a year ago. These guys are awesome. We got a same day appointment for a sick kid and they took really good care of him. No waiting in a waiting room, they are quick and efficient. Very impressed!!!!

Dr. Burton & her staff are wonderful! I have never seen my son at such ease during a well-check visit...and he even got shots!!! It is very evident that Dr. Burton & her staff love the kiddos who come through the door. We couldn’t be happier for picking such a fantastic pediatrician!

We were very uncomfortable at her office. The staff was not friendly including the DR. My daughter had no interest in going back to see her.

Nothing but smooth sailing since day one. Easy and quick appts, little to no wait in office, friendly and informative staff. We have only been at this practice a year, but are treated as though we have been there since day one! Worth the drive.

My children had their annual physical exams for re-entry into school performed by Dr Lindner, billed my insurance company but never provided a completed evaluation form at the tme of the annual physical. So I requested that the forms be faxed to me and her front office person told me that they hope to have the form completed and faxed to me that day. Later that day a family member told me that they were not going to fax the physical forms to me. This Dr's office didn't even have the courtesy of calling me to explain they were not going to fax MY children's forms to me. This pediatric medical practice is shady and dishonest because it billed my insurance company for services without providing me a routine annual physical exam form. It certainly required me to complete multiple pages of documentation that included a medical release form for both of my children. The signed medical release form gave my permission to release my children's information to ME!. My advice is to find another pediatrician. This practice withholds medical documents from the parents and legal guardians of children without explanation.

I cannot say enough good things about this practice. The office is warm and caring and they always go above and beyond. If you are in the market for a new pediatrician, consider Tracey Burton-Lindner and her team at Pediatrics of Okaloosa. You'll be glad you did.
