Dr. Scruggs is truly a professional in every sense of the word! He is highly skilled in facial surgery and breast! I had a breast reduction as I was tired of my old implants as they were more significant than I had wanted. He discovered that I had a ruptured implant. He worked to ensure I was safe and took all precautions to have a successful outcome! I love my new beautiful high and perky breast! I had a lift and smaller implants, and I can not be happier! I have seen other friends he has done work on, and they look fantastic! Great Doctor, very skilled! You will be in EXCELLENT HANDS! I am grateful and pleased to have had him as my Doctor!!
