Most reliable and professional Civll Surgeon Immigration Doctor. I brought all the documents I was advised to bring and the process was very seamless and very fast. I was able to receive the letter in a few days and was all handled in the most efficient manner. I was so impressed with the service, the care and compassion that I will become Dr Bravo's patient to follow up for my weight loss and diabetes. Highly recommend the doctor and the office.

Lugar muy muy poco profesional,a partir de lo staff a ella misma que no en condición para asumir responsabilidad y después deja de atenderte dándole culpa a los pacientes que se quejan de su falta. Falta de respeto durante los horario de cita,personal que ni saben encontrarte una venas y ella que no entiende los pacientes con una actitud a decir poco desastrosa.Cero empatía como doctora.

Dr. was extremely rude and they messed with my appointment time, I took and Uber and asked them in advance if I would have my original time slot. When I got there they told me they can’t guarantee anything (they just did over the phone!), wouldn’t so much as apologize, and had a “your problem” type of attitude. Just 15 min earlier I called and they confirmed! Unbelievable, and unprofessional.

Dr. Bravo was extremely attentive to not only my needs, but really made me prioritize my health in areas that I was lacking. She’s not one of those primary care providers that brush things under the rug, she truly takes the time to perform thorough assessments which is rare. I am grateful to have found a primary care provider as compassionate and knowledgeable as Dr. Bravo.

I hadn't gone to the PCP for about two years and decided to finally get a much needed check-up. As soon as I walked in, the doctor was arguing with another patient about their insurance which gave me the idea that all she cared about was getting paid and not the patients well-being. I was taken into the room with the doctor and she didn't even pay attention to what I was saying and when I handed her the medication I was taking she rudely threw it on the table. I was sent to the waiting area without even speaking to her about what i've been feeling and issues i've been having. Wasted my whole morning without my needs being taken care of. I will go about to find another doctor that is going to put her patients needs first and actually listen.

Highly recommend- clean, fast, efficient and reliable. Was able to get my immigration exam done here but would come back for any other general medical necessity as well. Fatima and Dr. Bravo are exceptional professionals and truly care about the clinic’s patients. Easy to find and there is plenty of parking right in the rear! Amazing ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ✨

Una falta de respeto llamar a un lugar para preguntar por informacion y la señorita que me contesto "Wendy" muy mal educada me hizo saber que atendian solo a sus pacientes, y que yo debia saber donde estaba llamando porque no entendi de donde me contestaban. he escuchado buenas referencias de la Dra. Bravo pero por gente asi uno hace estos reviews y no va a estos lugares.
