I love my dentist and dental hygienist at North Ft. Myers Coast Dental. They always take time to answer all my questions. They are very clear on if there are any extra costs so there are no surprises when it’s time to pay. Thank you Coast Dental!

The receptionist was warm and friendly, as were the two hygienists that helped me. I was ashamed and nervous since it was so long since I was at the dentists. The wonderful, articulate young lady, Lorena that took my X-rays and deep cleaned my teeth, was the best I ever had! She explained everything so well! Doctor Choi is not only professional but also very warm and caring. He put me at ease. My dental work is almost done, and I'm getting compliments on my teeth and smile. I couldn't be happier! Dr. Choi is a detailed and precise. He has a real gift.

I did not have to wait. Everything was explained before the procedure was started. They always made me feel that I was important and not just another client. They also checked with me to see if I felt comfortable . Dr. Choi was able to complete both the right and left side uppers. He was great and the assistants were always ready for the next step. They all knew what to do and were very efficient.

Just a warning. DO NOT use Coast Dental in North Fort Meyers. They are incompetent handling simple process of medical insurance. We are still battling them over a $45 charge free m December of 2022 because while they in network for UHC Medicare Advantage, they messed up and had a Dentist come on remotely (weird in itself) come on a monitor to review her X-rays he was not in network and both Medicare and UHC say that there mistake and they won’t pay them and we aren’t responsible either. We have called, written numerous times they continue to send the bill via mail, emails and now begun to send text messages. On top of all this, they wouldn’t do the basic cleaning of my wife’s teeth unless she did a deep cleaning which was going to be $110 out of pocket. She just wanted the basic cleaning as she has always gone religiously every 6 months before we moved here and has never had any mention that her teeth and gums weren’t in anything less than excellent condition. They wouldn’t give her the X-rays the insurance company paid for either. Stay away from this unprofessional company.

*********WORST DENTIST PLACE EVER********* I went into their office for a simple cleaning. the first thing that I told them was if all this was covered through my insurance. they responded with "yes". I continued the process with them and when it came time to pay leaving the office, they charged me $130.00 after telling me everything is covered. then I get a bill to my home stating that $119.00 is owed due to the "insurance not paying". It took MONTHS for me to get a hold of someone in that office. they have you leave a voicemail, and no one calls you back AT ALL!!! I finally got a hold of someone after months of calling and leaving voicemails and after explaining to her that why I am getting this bill if I already paid $130.00 out of pocket after the office said it was all covered under the insurance and now, I'm getting a bill. she simply said the insurance didn't cover it, so you have to pay for it. *******STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE********

The whole staff was wonderful!

This was my 2nd experience with Coast Dental. First experience in their Punta Gorda practice was not very good. Fast forward 6 months and I scheduled my next appointment at their North Fort Myers practice. Their hygienist Lorena is a total professional and explained each procedure she was going to perform as she was doing it. Her assistant (I think her name is Deja) also did a very professional job of explaining each procedure in my treatment plan so I could understand what I’d be having done during this visit. And both ladies are pleasant and friendly and had smiles on their faces. Overall it’s a well run practice based on this visit and I look forward to them being my dental care provider going forward.

The extraction and implants were extremely difficult, but Dr. Choi kept plugging away until he succeeded. I'm blessed to have him Jesse, Yvette, and the whole team. They are so professional, kind, and try every way possible to keep the cost as low as possible. I can't say enough good things about them all! Thank you!
