I would give him 0 if it was possible I went to this doctor From a different doctor who was not helping me with my depression and the pills I needed to be on I wanted to switch my medication and I made it clear from the very 1st visit he kept me on the same medication only lowered the dosage once and kept refilling it for that same dosage then gave me another prescription and told me to take a certain amount if it didn't work after 30 days I could add an extra one per night then I call in because they won't do the refill and the receptionist is telling me well the doctor didn't put that in the notes so we can't do the refill and the doctor will not reach out to you I just have to get him a note Horrible doctor I will not go there again and I will be letting my blue cross know

The doctor himself is great, but the front office is in a word, dangerous. It took me a week to get a simple referral for a follow-up diagnostic that was extremely time-sensitive, and then when I finally got it, they made it out for the wrong place. Takes HOURS on hold just to get an appointment, and forget about getting copies of your medical records sent to specialists. Again, he seems to be a really nice guy but his back office is so disorganized -- and so rude -- that unless you literally have no other choice, don't go there!
