Dedicated Senior Medical Center's Online Review Report Card

I am going on my second year being a patient at Chen Medical Center in North Lauderdale. Dr. Chad Hines is my PCP (Primary care physician). He's knowledgeable, respectful, caring, and has a wonderful bedside manner. He's easy to speak with. He listens attentively. He's not hesitant to send me to a specialist when needed. He's willing to take tests he feels are necessary to diagnose or confirm a diagnose. He takes nothing for granted when it comes to my physical, mental, or emotional health. He follows up with me when I'm not well. He's respectful and considerate of my son's concerns for his aging mother. He's willing to address his concerns. What more could a patient ask for? I believe Dr. Hines has proven beyond-a-shadow-of-a-doubt to me that he sincerely has my best interest at heart and possesses all that is necessary to be referred to as an exceptional doctor. With this in mind, I wholeheartedly trust him to provide me with the best healthcare humanly possible. He is absolutely in the right profession and has many years ahead of him in this chosen profession. I always highly recommend Dr. Chad Hines and Chen Medical Center to all my family, friends, clients and any senior or caretaker who is looking for excellent medical care. If you live in North Lauderdale or the surrounding areas, Dr. Chad Hines is definitely your guy! Lastly, the Medical Center is very clean, they take a variety of heath insurances, certain test can be done there, there's a pharmacist on premise if needed, there's transportation if your insurance allows and is needed, and Dr. Hines doesn't mind video or phone appointments if that's good for you.

Everyone at Chen's really care about my wellness and I need assistance I use an upright walker. The nurses help if I need assistance. The doctor M. Kogen is so patience and listens to everything, before she responds to my needs. She goes over everything in my file. And we make a plan for a healthy life.PS: I've been seeing Dr. M. Kogan since the beginning of the year, and honestly I really like her. She caring, and she also has a big heart.

Great medical office very friendly staff and great service. Its like a one stop shop you get treated with the utmost respect and care they have their own pharmacy and they deliver snacks and drinks to you while you wait. Cant ask for a better medical facility.

this is the Best medical practice i have ever encountered. Doctors and staff are very caring and friendly. Minimal waiting time to see your Doctor but willing to take as much time as needed.

Great n caring staff.

Staff and doctors are always courteous respectful and attentive. Doctors stay with you as long as you need them to stay and always talk to you not down to you.

Love going to my appointments cause I feel so welcomed. Best place for sure from my primary dr Dr. Toussaint she is awesome and listens to every detail and questions I ask her and always answers back on all with answers that I understand well. Im very comfortable with her. She even makes me aware of things I didnt even know about. And I always remember them. And the staff there are excellent. Very polite understanding and very helpful. I love my pharmacist there too. Wont change Chen medical for anything. Ty all for your great performance you all are Heros in my eyes. Keep doing what you do. I give 10 stars.
