Don’t come here if you are on normalPeople time. Had an appointment at 10:30 am I came at 10:10 am to make sure I complied with being 15 min early as they requested only for it to be 11:10 am and they have not even knowledge that I have an appointment . All they can say is that they only have 1 medical assistant and 2 doctors. If they know they are short staffed why not schedule less people . It’s all about invoicing the insurance for them zero customer service!

I left a Review about 11 months ago and at the Time everything was upside Down but as of today they have done a Whole 360 for the better. Staff are very attentive, Communication is Good, and I can say that I'll be looking forward to Continuing having them as my Primary Clinic.

Totally worst service. Employee are unprofessional and lazy.They don’t care about patients. Long long time waiting. Never pick up phone or never call u back. If u have insurance go another place please please.

After calling and calling I went there 3times to make an appointment and they told me to call but they don’t answer! My kids couldn’t do their visits for 10 months, thank God they gave me a different clinic now!Totally unprofessional, those places shouldn’t exist!

The worst doctors office to go to no one answers or when they do they answer and hang up phone Hispanic receptionists are rude and over talk you and give inaccurate information. Doctor get loud with you on the phone just awful if I could give a -10 I would DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING THERE !!!

A este lugar es la porquería de consultas mas grande en todo Miami Beach .lleve a mi mamá dos veces a una costa y cuando fui no estaba .las personas que tomas las vistas por teléfono ni conocen los doctores es lo peor cuando decidí buscar en google este lugar me Dicue ya que yo no era el único con la misma opinión de este lugar la doctora Marlén Rodríguez igual todo por teléfono y los centros que toman la llamada no están aquí ni te dan la i formación correcta y hacen venir al paciente te por gusto al lugar cuando llegas te dicen que no hay Cira y no hay doctores

Didnt want to leave a star for this place my first visit was nice and friendly and then as soon as covid 19 started things got worse I'll call with my problems they call back rude and yelling especially my doctor mcfarlane she is very rude to me and I dont like the fact she talks to me like a child and doesnt seem to care about her patient at all very unprofessional on the phone as well I know it's a difficult time but fresh lady
