Care NEED to be better. They drag their feet before they give you service even when they’re not working with anyone. They are very loud and playful at times. Every visit is someone new working with you. They’re extremely uncoordinated. They falsifies documentations as they see fit. Be Careful with them.

Dede is a godsend. I've made tremendous progress in the month that I've been working with her. The front desk staf, on the other hand, are all very kind, but somewhat lacking in customer service skills and somewhat scattered.

Very unprofessional and unsanitary. Don't go here unless you want your condition to worsen. One of the PT therapist didn't even know how to work a brace the other one was rude. Unsanitary place all this during covid. Listen to the other reviews don't go here plus it smells wierd inside cuz they don't even clean thier equipment.

Harassment and discrimination at its best. They do not know what human rights are. Thank God I can care less about the announcement they did over the speaker in front of all other patients. No HIPPA practice whatsoever! Ugly and dirty facility. Worse customer service ever! I wouldn’t go there. Waste of time.

This has been the best PT I have been to in the Miami area. This is the first place where the therapists work with you and not wondering which therapists you will have next and not able to communicate with each other. Alex has been exceptional and has shown concern and at the same time push me. I never came here and felt like I was just going thru the motions. This is my second injury to my shoulder and the first place I went took nearly 2 months to get where Alex got me in 3 weeks. Highly recommended and will not go to any other PT place again!
