I have been taking my 96 years old mom here since COVID-19 because I thought it was good for the elderly my last 3 visits were horrible. I'm just going to talk about last Wed I liked the fact that I don't have to take her to multiple places for certain things that needs to be done. So they checked her BP, feet, pacemaker, blood. When it was time to do her urine the bathroom was absolutely disgusting 😒 I took her out and told the that it's ridiculous that they have old people that doesn't have any one with them using that restroom. Its like this place is a meat market just there to make money they don't give a S about the patients ugh. I'm changing my mom and sisters to another primary physician ugh.

I am new to the Mefical Center but I recommend anyone to try it the staff is very attended and friendly and my Husband was a patient to Chen ye as rs ago at the Center at off the Palmetto and 12th Ave were nice people there also...very glad for their services

This is the most efficient, best run medical center I have ever seen. They are superior in every aspect. They truly listen to you and care. You cannot find this kind of service anywhere in south Florida. I've taught customer service my whole professional career and trust me, Chen has the best. In my eyes, you will never regret nor find anyone who takes better care of you as a senior. Their medical concept for seniors is genious. I can't thank them enough for how they have made life so much easier for my husband and myself. Dr. Melendez is the best!

This was the worst experience they are very unprofessional they sent my husband a confirmation for a second covid vaccine when we got there I was told that we had no appointment I and had to leave without the vaccine even though they had the vaccine available which they kept for there members I don’t think this is legal as they are supposed to administer the vaccine to everyone . I would never encourage anyone to go to their facility .
